I ordered the samples almost 2 weeks ago and they still have not arrived

Purchased some mosaic tiles paradiso hexagon from European Heritage for our downstairs toilet Unfortunately the tiles were extremely unevenly distributed across the mesh backing meaning the grout lines ranged from 5mm to touching My bathroom fitter did not check before installing and the visual appearance was shockingly bad so they had to be all be pulled up I would have liked to have had a replacement but EH their supplier Silver Lion Trading confirmed they could not guarantee even spacing between the tiles at 110p sqm so we opted for a refund which was processed quickly Despite numerous images returned tiles the manager director at EH maintained that they could not see the fault and in their desperation came up with excuses like the floor can t of been flat - for me this was highly disingenuous and the reason for sharing this review as it was entirely obvious I don t blame them personally as they would have been trained to try to avoid any liability and concerned about me trying to recover the 15 hours of fitting removal re-fitting but it illustrates as a company they lack integrity The tiles were also featuring cracks chips and on some of the sheets most of the hexagons were white rather than featuring the marble pattern

I ordered 3 tubes of mastic only 1 arrived I called to inform the office spoke to some and was told I would be sent the other 2 yet they never arrived

Initially Paid and got completely the wrong order Subsequently called to explain your error regarding wrong sample Still have nothing delivered Please advise

Still haven t received the samples despite having emailed three times now I have however been bombarded with emails asking me how you did Extremly disappointed

I do appreciate that European import costs are a nightmare for companies now but even if I had been ordering 300 worth of tiles 150 delivery would still have been a non starter Btw I wasn t offered 65 delivery - I was offered 75 plus 8 as long as I was prepared to wait an indefinate amount of time

Suggest using a different carrier due to attitude problem of driver However excellent service from European Heritage

Delivery let this purchase down Was told not asked to wait in for delivery 8-6 I asked if a particular time could be avoided not a long time - just 1 hour when we had an unavoidable pre-existing commitment and was told no They offered to move delivery to another day but there isn t a single day of the week I can be in 8-6 as I have children that need to be dropped off and collected from school not unreasonable I don t think Caused real stress which seemed totally unnecessary particularly given the value of the order I would expect a reasonable amount of flexibility when it comes to a delivery slot if being asked to wait in for 10 hours If this is not possible then you should give customers a shorter time slot so that they can arrange themselves to stay in more easily

Tile samples ordered and arrived fine Follow up call went to a member of staff who was very unhelpful did not know answers and saidf would call back but never did As a result we purchased tiles from an alternative Ca Pietra supplier

The only thing I specified was I wanted a tile max 8mm thick All samples sent are 10cmmGood selection however
