Only a small sample so couldn t really tell what it would look like I could have ordered more It did come quickly thank you

Very good quality and finish shame about the miscut tiles

Very good quality and finish One large issue is the chevron slate tiles were mostly cut perfect at 50mm wide however randomly one hand of the tiles jumped up to 52mm Disappointing quality issue as we had over 400 of these to lay and being a chevron the discrepancy on one side only was a nightmare and made laying them alot harder then it should have been

The collection process has been tortuous

The collection process has been tortuous I live 10 miles from the supposed supplier Quessential Porcelain Salisbury or at least tha s how it posted on the website I don t want to pay a 75 delivery charge for a few boxes of tiles so I arranged with EH to collect them It turns out the warehouse is not is Salsbury but Melksham another 20 miles away and it took 3 phone calls to actually find the order with each person saying they had no record of it Perhpas a more reasonable delivery charge would prevent this I m having a whole pallet of flooring delivered today for 40 compared to EH charge of 75 a few boxes Picking up tomorrow hope it goes more smoothly

Great customer service when I had an

Great customer service when I had an issue with the late delivery of an order due to Royal Mail and we are now very happy with our product and would definitely consider again for future projects

Product was easy to order and arrived fairly quickly Slightly disappointed that the colour chart on line appeared to be slightly darker that actual product
