The quick delivery and great

The quick delivery and great communication I dropped a star purely because there were two items in my order and they got delivered separately while the same tracking number was provided for both A quick call to to the shop clarified the issue

Tiles look stunning

The samples I d ordered arrived well packed and look stunning I will definitely be visiting the website again when my next project begins I gave four stars only because the delivery took a bit longer than I expected but the product itself can t be fault

Communication was good

Communication was good and my order arrived on time There were problems with the delivery onto my property as unfortunately the tail lift had broken There was a difference in the tiles that were delivered and the sample tile which I d been sent Having said all that the company does care about its customers They did their best to rectify and compensate me for the problems I experienced so I would deal with them again

Delivered quickly at a good price Only negative was the 1m steel joining strips had been only taped into the cardboard tube resulting in them breaking out during transit All were there on delivery but one was bent I assume when they escaped the tube

I have now had a few pallets of adhesive from you and I am very pleased so far Competitive prices decent delivery drivers and a rough idea of delivery slot suits me The change of branding confused me a bit on the adhesive that I wasn t made aware of so not 5 stars this time as I thought the wrong product had been sent

Outstanding service I definately recommend this company Very informative frequent emails friendly polite efficient phone calls fast service excellent packaging lovely tiles I wanted to give 5 stars On Sunday I needed the tiles in 4 days so I emailed that and got a response saying yes I ordered and phoned Monday to confirm and was told Wednesday am delivery Tiles arrived as promised but 2 boxes absent I phoned and 2 boxes sent express delivery next day They came in a thick nest of packaging safe despite the outer box being badly battered All communications were excellent and issues resolved quickly

Brilliant NI service can t fault it

Tiles were at a competitive price and delivery charge was very reasonable for 8 as compared to other providers who were charging 30 for delivery Four tiles were broken on arrival but replacement was sent out by first class post without any quibble Would highly recommend this Company and will use again in the future

Good online ordering service

I literally couldn t be happier with the service and buying process from European Heritage I live in Northern Ireland and I m so used to mainland suppliers refusing to supply to NI European Heritage were absolutely brilliant They gave me a link to get an EORI number and I got that within a few hours of applying Then I changed it into an XI EORI again with little effort online and within 24hrs Once I supplied the numbers my delivery was booked and hey presto within 5 days my beautiful tiles arrived safe and sound Brilliant service Thank you

Ordered tiles Monday night

I was after a particular shade of Mapei sealant which was out of stock nearly everywhere On telephoning the Fulham branch a helpful staff member confirmed they had that shade in stock I ordered it online on Friday 2nd Feb It was dispatched on Monday 5th Feb and arrived via Royal Mail on Friday 9th Feb Happy with the service I received and I would use again based on this experience

Ordered tiles Monday night Tuesday morning got a call saying one of them were out of stock Disappointed but it was available in another colour so went with it Amelya was super helpful and everything was sorted immediately Tiles arrived Thursday morning
