Awesome The Ripon shop were so incredibly helpful and lovely The warm customer service was just fab We were greeted supported and helped from the moment we walked in the door The entire tile selection were quality tiles curated from great tile producers The people were knowledgeable and went way beyond and above expectations to help a very fussy me

A caring company My ordered tiles arrived on time but were broken I got in touch with the company and sent them photos and straight away they ordered my tiles again No hesitation I ve now got my tiles intact first class service

Exceptional service again

Excellent packaging and not 1 single tile was damaged when it arrived The price for the Tiles I bought was heavily discounted and no other retailer had this style of Tile Delivery was on time and I am also happy with the quality of the tile
