Eurostars Centrale Palace
I was staying at the Eurostars Centrale Palace in Palermo Sicily where our luggage house keys all money toiletries etc was stolen from us and another guest The theft was verified by the security cameras and we went to file a complaint with the Carabinieri The hotel management if not an accomplice was certainly not responsible at any time for the theft And that the Italian Civil Code requires them to do so articles 1783-1786 and also by various community regulations Convention on the liability of hotel-keepers concerning the property of their guests The hotel management treated us badly which is also an indication of marked homophobia We were never asked if we needed anything I do not recommend at all There are nearby hotels with the same category that treat customers better and with better value for money We were able to verify it since in a second stay in Palermo days later we stayed in another four stars a few meters away

Eurostars Las Salinas hotel Fuerteventura
My family and I stayed at the Eurostars Las Salinas hotel in Caleta de Fuste Fuertventura all inclusive for seven nights The hotel is bare staffing inadequate and they advertise four person villa accommodation pricey which is misleading to say the least The 2nd bedroom is approx 6 x 6 with two single beds in wall to wall Nothing else in the room not even a window This room was totally useless for my daughter her husband and ten month old baby Hotel management did nothing to make the situation any better indeed they charged us another 750 for a room for my daughter son in law and baby Added to the 4700 I d already paid for the accommodation really spoiled this very important holiday Very disappointed complaint made and wouldn t go to another Eurostars hotel anywhere in the world

Terrible customer service Made a reservation at the Hotel Aurea
Made a reservation at the Hotel Aurea Capuchinos in Segovia Made a mistake with the dates as we are doing a road trip over Europe After paying the reservation i asked them after barely an hour if i could change the date one day and even add an extra day Well to my surprise was not possible and theyve charged me and wont give me my money back Terrible terrible customer service and care for a 5 star Hotel Never again Eurostars

Definitely not staying
I was trying to book a number of hotels for a tour I was planning As with other hotels I thought it would be beneficial and easy to register as a member- I was wrong I have attempted a number of times in English and Spanish but keep getting an error message Despite emailing Eurostars customer services I have been unable to register If the company can t manage a simple registration then I won t trust it to get my bookings correct

Eurostar Lucentum give us some English tv
Eurostar Lucentum Alicante Staying here at the moment We entered to a cold room and it took us some time to work the air con out After 30 minutes the room was warming We are in our seventies and do rest up in our room for a little now and then through the day We don t always want to be out for hours on end at night so a tv is a facility which is necessary to us So is room service but the hotels menu which I downloaded was solely in Spanish why You obviously have an international clientele so why not cater to all of us We assumed that as this chain is quite large that there would be more than just Spanish channels on the tv The remote has a Netflix button but the tv is not connected to the Internet After querying this I was told that this was for clients security So in effect it is pointless advertising this as a facility to anyone other than the Spanish We are on the fourth floor which is quite noisy from the road On the upside the bed and pillows are comfortable I think I should point out that we have stayed in the Centrum and Mediterranean previously and have had no problems in either Perhaps it is that we are slowing down now and spending more time in our room that this has become an issue This is nothing more than a 3 and the word Eurostar should not be assigned to this hotel
