0 would be a more accurate depiction Please be aware that this company has claimed their site and thus it s reviews publicized They outsource most customer service support and will not cancel your subscription no matter how many times you click cancel chat or call They fraudulently charge inflated billing for services never accessed usable or subscribed by the consumer Be very LEARY and read their agreement They issue no guarantee that the services paid for are able or actually rendered This is the legal term for Breach for Cause STAY AWAY If you do choose to use be sure to submit a fraud lock on your account when you choose to terminate It is the ONLY way you will actually stop them from continuing to charge IN RESPONSE Please do your due diligence and listen in on the phone calls with TODD Customer Service Manager Not only did he willfully lie but he also misrepresented the company was rude refused to correct the error still have not yet received the cancellation notification and billing monthly for services since 2018 It apparently showed it has not been used we spoke regarding my attempts via my wife as well to cancel back in January 2019 He spat back erroneous information regarding log ins and now account has suspended so I have yet to even see a single document for billing usage faxes can t charge for junk faxes from your litigation competitors or anything else What I CAN PROVIDE IS PROOF proof that your company charged twice the amount originally agreed upon there is not a single fiber of documentation in agreement for any additional services it HAS NOT been used and was cancelled back in January 2019 without a single notification or response since That is until I noticed this charge incidentally I have reported and will seek retribution

Terrible experience - account closed without notice
We signed up for this service to provide a customer help line for our online annual meeting of 350 people After testing and getting help from evoice we felt ready to go We had five people answering calls as the meeting began to provide assistance in connecting into the meeting Our membership is older so we expected to have a good number of calls for about an hour and then have things slow down And things did slow down As in - we were shut down by evoice They closed our account completely right in the middle of our event and called it a fraud alert I called the company spoke with customer service and verified who I was and why we had so many calls They agreed to reactivate it AFTER A MANDATORY CREDIT CHECK So we were left hanging for a 14 a month service for a credit check Even more frustrating is that they don t just close your phone line they closed our account so I can t even go in and remove my corporate credit card number Our members were left without support during an important meeting We spent valuable time during the meeting trying to sort things out and there WAS NO WARNING that this might happen In my conversation with evoice prior to the meeting I explained what we were doing and no one suggested this might happen Save yourself the frustration and skip evoice

Horrible customer service that doesn t answer
I reached out to evoice as I was moving abroad and needed to manage my US company and have access to the phone I was sold the product with the promise that this would be no big deal and super easy that s what they are built to do After porting the numbers over and getting situated abroad I was then told that I can have numbers reach my abroad number but that my carrier would also charge me international rates- WHAT to make things worse I had to pay international fees to get ahold of their customer service After emailing chatting in and contacting through the app all ways I was told to contact the final conclusion was that I needed to contact by phone to confirm my identity Well I waited over an hour before someone answered Once they did they hung up I chatted back in when I explained my situation the chat support agent said you need to call and then IGNORED ME I work with a lot of different software and companies and have NEVER received such horrid customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM I would consider using google voice or some other company

BAD SERVICE Absolute waste of time and money
Absolute waste of time and money TERRIBLE INTERFACE AND CALL FEATURE IS ABYSMAL I paid for the year and asked customer service to cancel my plan within 30 days They asked me to wait for my number to be ported so I dont lose the number After the port I called to cancel and they said I cant get a prorated refund because I did not cancel in time THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE

DO NOT get a VoIP line from evoice for your business You ll regret it
They will force you to stay with them by not letting you port out your number to another carrier They know after a few months no one would want to change their number for their business and they would stay with evoice because they don t allow portability They claim they are not a carrier but a service provider but that s just an excuse If they want to free up the number so you can take with you they can But they won t They flagged my previous review and trustpilot removed it based on technicality Hopefully this one won t get removed

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I asked to speak to a higher manager and agent hanged up on me and closed my account I called again and they didn t even let me explain myself or finish my sentence This is how you treat people who have customers for many years I want a manager to contact me before I escalate this

Impossible to cancel Made it very difficult to cancel continually asking for more info to verify my identify Despite knowing the credit card number I pay for it on they said it was the wrong account I provided evidence that they were debiting that card and they still said it was the wrong card They asked for more info emails phone number but still said I didn t pass ID verification Total nonsense Now I have to call What because I don t know who I am via email Price also went up without notice by 35 4 without any notice Crap service Would I NEVER use them again NOT recommended
