Gatwick North in November and the lounge was very quiet The bar staff helpful and attentive food fine loved the cream scones Facilities clean and tidy good offering of drinks Very happy to spend an hour or two hear No faults from me

My experience with the staff from the lounge at Glasgow airport has been very positive I hope one day to re book the lounge before my next holiday

A Fine stay in Lounge 41 22 Oct 2020

Tues 27 Oct 2020 UK 1915My time 2 shifts of 3 hrs each on Thurs 22 Oct in Lounge 41 in Schiphol Airport was a great happening 1 I had a warm comfortable environ for accommodation 2 The drinks were good I would have liked more hot or warm food PERHAPS A SIMPLE MICROWAVE OR TWO THERE So as to even heat up the soup 3 WiFi was good to have 4 The attending Staff were responsive cordial and attentive 5 For a short ish time a child of about 2 years was screaming-for-talking I AM UNSURE WHAT YOUR POLICY IS about that The family unit did not stay long at all whereas I was there from 0845 to 1400 s Perhaps your Staff did advise them that it was not the proper thing to have a child who screamed and that was why they left There was No commotion about their departure One moment there was screaming the next there was Quiet Wonderful 6 I did appreciate PHILIP PRUDEN and DARREN CLARK S intervention and intercession for my stay in Lounge 41 I was confused as though I have US and UK passport I did not know if I should Reserve 41 or 68 6A And then to reserve 2 time zones due to my long lay over I was very glad to get advice for that event 7 MURIEL s person-to-person introduction to herself and the general procedure was very fine In the end the ethos that the Customer could just make a Request and the Staff would fulfill it proved true and delightful I SHALL come again I go to UK via AMS twice a year I hope in future that will be allowed in the face of progress via Corvid and I can patronize Lounge 41 again Very sincerely Dr Michael Len
