Wonderful Experience
All of the staff were so helpful and friendly especially the manager Darren who helped us with the TV and Sara Abdulgadir who organised a lovely surprise for us Everyone was so hospitable and we cannot thank them enough for getting our holiday off to a great start

Brilliant staff
The staff in the lounge are so friendly and helpful Wendy and Valerie in particular made sure all customers are well looked after and comfortable The lounge is very comfortable and clean Will make sure to book next time to ensure speedy access Thank you team

Outstanding customer service
I wanted to book last minute lounge access for a friend as a treat Katie Andrew s from the guest relations team worked so quickly to make this happen just as we arrived at the airport Responsive polite courteous and fast Couldn t have been better

We had a lovely experience in the No 1 Lounge after a stressful time going through the airport We were welcomed by Wendy with the offer of a glass of Prosecco She was wonderful for the duration of our stay

Quick response great team members
I had my flight times changed and had to get in touch to reschedule arrival time I dealt with Sabina who sorted everything out for me She got back to me very quickly and got everything sorted to my satisfaction I can t fault her in anyway she couldn t have been more helpful a real asset to the team

Excellent early morning breakfast at Gatwick
I used the Gatwick North Terminal lounge on Friday 22 December 2023 and it was excellent The food was fresh and hot there were enough choices options and the service by the staff members was friendly and efficient

Lost jacket
I left my jacket in the aspire lounge at terminal 5 I contacted No1 Lounges by email to see if they could help to find it Jaimie Brown very quickly contacted me back to help me find it She went above and beyond to help me and not only found the jacket but arranged for me to be able to pick it up the next time I am at Heathrow I am extremely grateful to her
