I ve read all these sad stories but really have had the best customer service from Expedia Our flight booked for the end of July 2020 was cancelled by BA and no alternative could be offered Expedia promptly refunded flights hotels and hire car We have used Expedia for more than ten years and never had any problem

Finally Resolved Happy now

I had been angry since April waiting for a refund of cancelled flights numerous amounts of communication or non However in the last couple of weeks I ve had emails international calls from Expedia and the last call was that my refund would be in my bank within 7 days so guess they are really trying to resolve what must be a huge backlog It came within 2 days and in full amount owed The dreaded Covid 19 is to blame not Expedia I had no issues with Expedia prior to this at all

Excellent service by Expedia

We had a very good time in Turkey because of expedia We went in Turkey on 11th of Oct but at hotel reception we been told our hotel reservation was cancelled for some reason then we call Expedia office in London and miss Katy in customer support department arranged another 5 star resort for us within 2 hours also refund us taxi charges to new hotel We are very happy thank you expedia Imran elaine Milton Keynes UK

Very helpful staff made our holiday fantastic When booking to go to Venice I phoned Expedia as I hadn t a clue about Venice or where to stay Their help and local knowledge was outstanding and helped me make a fantastic choice of hotel and trip Without their guidance I would not have found our ideal hotel and location Thank you Expedia staff Flights accommodation and ease of booking fantastic

good customer service during coronavirus

Have used Expedia numerous times and often use their reward point scheme Having had the following all cancelled due to coronavirus flights Ryanair package holiday jet2 cruise p o and a hotel booking with Expedia I can honestly say Expedia customer service has been the best by farOffered a full refund on a non refundable room and received a couple of days later without any chasingThank you will carry on using you when this is all over

Great customer service from Maria Lozanta but especially Robin Kumar He was disconnected from our chat and immediately rang me up to explain the matter and proceed with my problem not Expedia related I thought this was thoughtful of Robin and he aided me with everything I needed to do Thank you

Excellent customer service experienced

I would like to express my true appreciation to one of your colleagues John who has helped me with my case no S82148087 today He took over an hour to help me with the problem and while he was working at his end he kept me on hold but explained it very clearly to me before he did so and constantly came back to the phone to update me of what he was doing He is very patient and polite and I believe he is not just a staff but an value-added to your company Thanks again John

Great for hotels and flights

Great for hotels and flights Never had an issue but luckily I didn t have anything booked with them during Covid Been using for many years and the prices have always been good and every now and again they have offered upgrades The loyalty scheme is not as good as other places such as Ebookers but they ve been pretty great otherwise
