These guys are thieves changing a ticket is the like hell and then they say you have credits which at the end they tell you is not redeemable I bought a ticket which I cancelled and was told I had credit for another flight and when I was ready to use the ticket I was told the credits are not redeemable Criminals

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever There is an error with my online booking so I called Expedia to correct my flight it is a month away They refuse to correct the flight flight is reversed but correct dates They said it was a non-refundable ticket so I will loose 3K I have spent hours on the phone with them and getting the run around I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN

I booked a flight through Expedia on the day of the flight I checked the airport website for time of departure just to find that my flight was canceled and rebooked for later date When I called Expedia they told me to call Condor long story short after 4 hours of runaround no one did nothing Even there were 4 other flights suitable for me they just didnt want to do anything Don t waste your time and money there is no service

Tried to purchase an airline ticket After checking out I received an error message The money was taken but no ticket issued Tried to contact customer service but it is impossible to reach someone to ask for refund No phone number to contact just a bunch of question and answers that leads you to no where Worst experience every Never trust a company site that has no customer service phone number

I would call Expedia a scam I was still making plans so I specifically booked a flight that shows fully refundable with free cancellation and for this reason I paid 170cad more for a single way flight other regular tickets on that day are on average 100-200 4 days later I want to cancel it and it won t let me the first agent told me I can cancel it with a 50 fee which makes no sense so I dropped the chat and contacted the airline directly I even asked the agent if I can come back later and accept the 50 charge and he said yes The airline told me this is a ticket with a cancellation fee all along at this point I am tried of going around so I mentally accepted the fact I have to pay to cancel The climax part came when the second agent Khaled spent 20ish minutes to investigate and told me it s not refundable I said it s funny because I was just talking one of your agent half an hour ago and he said it s cancelable with 50 fee he said he will look into it and just ended the chat After the third agent Shorouk connected the cancellation fee is now 1000CNY feels like I m in an auction when I knew the conversation is not going anywhere I said I understand their is a fee now and I m not going to cancel with this charge just give me a complain contact if you can t do anything he continues to show a passive aggressive attitude challenge me what I m complaining for and refuse to provide a number when he finally said he can arrange a call back from one of the managers couldn t even provide a first name and refuse to give me an estimate time frame I ve worked in a call centre before I know these tricks but he needed my phone number there is no way I feel comfortable giving them this information after experiencing such unprofessionalism I m both shocked how both the company fraud customer with misleading benefits changes policy so easily whenever it works in their favour and their customer service serves no service whatsoever It s so far the worse company I dealt with

I will never ever use Expedia for any
I will never ever use Expedia for any type of booking again While booking for flights they do not inform you about what s needed and what s not They just book your tickets and then start playing the blame game with airlines and transit countries TripAdvisor is much better At least they will warn you about rules and regulations of a in transit countries That way one can plan their trip accordingly Expedia doesn t even have any warnings in their terms and conditions They just ruined my whole families vacation Thank you Expedia I wish there was a negative 5 star option available

I have been using Expidia for all my travel needs for the last 20 years never again they left us stranded in the airport in Canc n With no shuttle to take us to our hotel I have spoken to the client service team to address the situation no response Unbelievable no customer service at allDon t use Expidia they don t care

I used to account on Expedia to be my travel agent and would use them for every aspect of my trip My last trip will be my past trip through Expedia I booked a flight and a then used their suggestion to book a hotel for the trip It ends up the the hotel was not available to me because of the flight option I was given by Expedia The hotel charged me 200 cancellation fee and Expedia told me it was my fault as I should have read the small print to see if it was compatible They left me and my family stranded to sleep on an airport bench for the night and they did not take any responsibility Always quick to take my business but nowhere to be found when I needed some support Good bye and good riddance

Probably the absolute worst experience
Probably the absolute worst experience of my life and seriously I am not being dramatic I tried on 8 separate occasions to book a flight from Toronto to Bangkok return Everytime I got a price online that flight is no longer available so when I call in I do get the same flight but for 15 more Finally when I give up and tell them to just book it they process the flight on my credit card and tell me Yup you guessed it the flight is not available but now I have a 8500 charge on my credit card pending Never again Never never never again

The WORST case of horrible customer
The WORST case of horrible customer service I have EVER experienced I had to cancel a trip to UK for health reasons This guy in CS told me to PAY 350 Cdn to cancel and get a credit of 900 on my next trip I already gave them 1000 He told me my cancelation insurance means nothing What is WRONG WITH THESE MORONS I will NEVER use Expedia again Spread the word Expedia will TRY to rip you off if you become ill
