By far most professional and reliable travel site
I handle a business account on Expedia platinum member with more than 200 flight tickets booked last year and over 150 hotel nights Any problems were never Expedia s fault but just due to airline ticketing restrictions Although not perfect Expedia is by far the most professional travel booking site there is With extreme high amount of bookings still never encountered serious issues that were their fault

After my family had medical complications resulting in a change in travel plans to Greece the customer service team was at first frustrating to deal with However when I raised the issue with the customer service team I was wholly impressed by their response Several people followed up to ensure our situation was resolved and they were a great help to us

I have been booking my holidays with Expedia for years and every one of them has run absolutely smoothly I was meant to be travelling to the USA this year until COVID 19 put paid to that With so many horror stories of people struggling to get their money back I was expecting a struggle - but no Expedias customer service was excellent and had refunded all of my money in three days I cannot and would not fault them at all Needless to say I am delighted to continue using Expedia

Extraordinary service and the staff
Extraordinary service and the staff went well and above for me and my family I made a booking after discovering an amazing deal which was far better that every other site I made the booking and a few days realised that in my rush of booking I needed to change a few things The Company had super communicated and every staff I came across including dania Sonia and sonal were amazing and negotiated with the hotel to make those changes on my behalf I am very grateful and will be a loyal customer for many years to come

Cancelled holiday
I booked a girly holiday for 4 of us which has been cancelled due to COVID19 Expedia has been amazing the flight was cancelled and they cancelled the hotel we got a full refund which they said could take up to 30 days I received it a week later Would definitely recommend Expedia and will be booking with them again Thanks again x

They are really good
It s a shame to see so many bad reviews Expedia have always been great to me and being a member it s helped me save a sum of money when booking trips I ve booked several big trips i e two week trips 1 000 and have never had any issue The terms and conditions have been clear and if I ve needed to change or cancel it s been absolutely fine Definitely one of my first choices of travel agents I hope their reviews get better They do have some great offers now and then And most things are simply laid out

Happy with the service Got the refund in a week
Due to the coronavirus issue I decided to cancel my flight that I brought thru Expedia I have read so many comments that it is hard to contact their costumer service thru phone so I just chat an Expedia agent using the Expedia app I never have any problem chatting with any of them I message them everyday to follow up on my refund I got my full refund after a week I have no complains

Expedia is great
Expedia is great We booked a room in Nov 2019 for the 2020 Sturgis motorcycle rally at the Clarion inn in Rapid City Once Sturgis decided to hold the rally the Clarion decided they could maybe get more money for their room So I called Expedia they rebooked me into a nicer hotel 3 star and Expedia paid the difference Vicki was really nice and helpful They really stepped up and helped Thx Expedia will be using your services every time we book

Excellent considering the circumstances
I ve booked several trips before with Expedia and never had any issues Now with Covid-19 we had to cancel a Japan trip flight and holiday As expected it took a while to get through on the phone service but the service personell was friendly and helpful After a few weeks now we got the hotel refunded and a voucher for our flights Obviously I will visit the exact same hotel and book through Expedia again as a thank you
