Ordered in the past had no problems this time however there has been no shipping update for over 4 days now getting a little concerned due to the bad reviews this site gets lack of customer service support

Don t be put off by the negative reviews I bought a North Face jacket at an excellent price Delivery was 11 days to Scotland with DHL tracking Would definitely use again

I ordered then read the reviews and thought oh no but how wrong was I fully tracked delivery really quick delivery and cheaper than the Uk I will be back

Purchased an item they said they had in stock They didn t have it in stock Was offered the chance to save money on checkout wiring them the funds They later said they neither had stock nor could get stock from the manufacturer Have not refunded me Hard to get hold of UK phone number and support staff were only reachable once Promised a refund I have not received Just atrocious and should not be doing cross-border business

I have written a one-start review some days ago because I did not get any information about my order However today I received all the goods that I ordered exactly as I have ordered with the right quality and size Thanks So I wish to balance The customer service could be way better BTW I wrote my inquiry to the info email address and no reply and send information about the awaited goods and delivery Other than that all fine if could handle uncertainty

I ordered a pair of German made backpacking boots that aren t sold in the USA They sent my order out immediately The package was easy to trace with the DHL and USPS tracking numbers although it was stuck at the airport in Germany for a long time due to the backlog of shipments caused by Covid-19 Therefor it took 3 weeks to arrive but this was unpreventable I am very satisfied with my order I was able to get these beautifully crafted German boots sold by exxpozed com at a much cheaper price than from any other company

Ok so I thought I d add some balance following my recent experience Ordered and paid via bank international payment didn t appreciate that could have been an issue until I read the feedback here Started to question my judgement especially when they failed to respond to emails just the usual standard 72 hour response Was prepared to just lose my money but then had a notice that payment had cleared 9 days after I had actually paid They would then advise me when shipped Another week passed and after another unresponsive email my backpack has arrived today Now the reason for the 5 stars is that this evoc backpack was 40-50 cheaper than elsewhere it arrived in perfect condition well packaged Sale to receipt of product was 18 days So despite no responses I have had a great product at a great price - perhaps I ve been lucky and would think again about sending an international bank transfer although I did save an extra 10 doing it this way But if I see another product much cheaper via Exxpozed I would go for it Good luck everyone

I ordered a pair of size 49 shimano cycling shoes which I couldn t get in the UK because in the UK its illegal to have big feet Anyway the shoes turned up exactly 1 week after ordering them delivery was tracked and easy to follow they fit perfectly and the price was good to Thanks for helping me with my big foot challenge
