Item arrived fast but poor quality control

I ordered a pair of hiking boots from exxposed and afterwards I read the reviews on this site and had a mini panic However I received an email after my purchase to confirm then I received another email a week later to say they have sent the boots THEN I received another email to confirm the goods were received a week later and this is to New Zealand Unfortunately I ve noticed the sole is coming apart on the front of the boot I ve emailed them but have yet to have a response 3 days I might just have to get them resoled But they were a good price and that s probably why

Ordered 3 days ago item not shipped yet

I ve ordered and paid a board 3 days ago but I don t have a tracking number or even a confirmation about when the order is going to be delivered Will update the review once this is solved

Website not completely updated but correct after sales treatment

I ordered a few climbing equipment items Unfortunately they mailed me 4 days later that one of the items was out of stock I then cancelled the complete order The other 2 items were cheap and the transport costs were almost as much as what they cost I got my money back the next day

Take stock before you buy

With regards to product choice and prices I can t fault Exxposed However when it comes to customer service they are very poor I could go into my personal experience but what would be the point What I would say is be careful of their online claims regarding stock and delivery times

If it s out of stock don t sell it

I ordered a coat from this company only to discover that it was out of stock 3 days later The amount is still pending on my credit card I assume it will just cancel but they really need to get their website to match the stock they actually have in The coat is still advertised as being in stock so clearly they don t update their website very often They did reply to be relatively quickly however which is why I have given them 3 stars

Ordered a pair of shoes from the UK

Ordered a pair of shoes from the UK received confirmation email Chased the order three days later via webchat and was told there was a delay should arrive with them for despatch next week Cancelled the order and received immediate refund Would ve been nice to be kept up to date on the status of the order and after reading the reviews here decided they weren t worth the risk

Zero stock but take order

Placed on line order and few hours later informed no stock In our world of high tech I find it difficult to see how a company who deal mainly online can take orders when their system must be showing zero stock Only positive is that they refunded quickly when I asked for full refund

Communicated well- delays not company s fault Now awaiting refund at which point I ll increase star rating

When my goods didn t arrive and I had received no updates for 2 weeks I contacted the company who did reply and explained the delay in delivery lay with the courier in the UK who had not contacted me to invoice for customs charges and VAT which as an aside were a debilitating third of the total cost of the items- this isn t exxpozed fault though The goods have now been returned to the company by the courier and I am now awaiting a refund

1 my name is Lorraine so I am not a he and 2 none of the items said 3-9 days or I wouldn t have ordered because my holiday starts before then On Saturday it said 1-2 days so as my order was placed last Sunday I should have been a priority if like you say some items run out before my order processed the first time

Yes I have had the same problem with other customers regarding time delivery and the 70 uk Customs charge communication was fair with the company mor than I can say for parcelforce although happy with my purchase as the sweater was not available in the uk I would not deal over seas company s
