I placed an order for some GORE active trousers size L Trousers arrived on time early no problems and lucky enough no extra import tax charges as I live in N Ireland The trousers unfortunately were too small no fault of eXXposed but I ll have to return I m nervous due to all the bad reviews on the return but fingers crossed So for so good

I have ordered a product available on the xxpozed website with prepayment After a few days they confirmed the transfer After a few days they communicated the unavailability of the product and that they would return the money after 3 days It was April 14 2022 almost 20 days have passed and they have not repaid They don t respond to my emails Gone are them and my money After review reimbursement made in a very short time Regards

I ordered two similar parts that were in stock Shipment from Germany to Denmark was estimated for 3-5 business days according to the website but it took 12 days 8 business days But the ordered good were in perfect condition and everything was as it should be If only delivery was a bit quicker So only order if you are not in a hurry to receive your goods I should mention that the price was very good and there also was a nice rebate and that it was the only place in europe I could find the parts I needed in stock So that gives an extra star

I bought the product on Saturday but received confirmation and invoice only on Monday I could see my account was charged but without the confirmation I was not sure whether you registered my purchase or not Other sites send instant confirmation emails

I ordered an Osprey Rolling Transporter Carry-on from eXXpozed When it was apparent that it would not arrive in time for my trip I asked them to cancel the order I was refunded via PayPal within 12hrs I can t fault their customer service if only they were a bit quicker with their shipping

Right I gave them ago even though I read the reviews weren t great So here s my experience I made an order with them as the prices were very good compared to everywhere else Got my confirmation email but after 6 days I didn t hear anything about my order being sent so I emailed them I had a response within 24hours which was good and was told my payment never went through so the order was never sent I was then told of a few different payment options via the customer care email I received and I asked them to send on a new payment link which they didn t do This annoyed me I then got an email saying my order was cancelled and was told I would have to redo the order from scratch so I did This time I used a different credit card to make the new order and the same thing happened I went thought the order process but it didn t process the credit card So I did the order again third attempt and this time I opted for PayPal and everything worked fine I also split my order in 2 just in case when testing the pay pal payment Once I opted for the PayPal payment everything worked out confirmation email was sent then an order status letting me know they had the items in stock then a dispatch email with tracking was sent Overall I think they need to have IT review the payment option on the website as there s nothing wrong with my 2 cards Prices are about 20 less than everywhere else and the shipment was tracked Over all I m happy but it took a lot of work to get there Give them ago and use the PayPal option for payment I would give them a go again as long as the price is right

3 weeks Germany-UK They should be more clear about this on their site and aren t good at comms but I would buy from them again Got a pair of trail shoes for a big discount and I m very happy with them

Good overallWell Customer service and notifications could be better but prices are good and goods are delivered almost timely

I read a lot of poor reviews but my jacket arrived pretty quickly and exactly what I ordered It does look like the majority of bad reviews are to do with returns but luckily I don t need to do that Would use again

Ordered two pair of Hanwag boots THEN read the reviews here and got worried They were a little slow responding to my email asking for an update and then said there was a delay The boots shipped a few days later Upshot was that I got the boots in a reasonable amount of time and they are just what I wanted at a good price
