Love the cup

Love the cup we are a FUN sense of humor kinda family and we all enjoyed it from the kid s to my husband and I Was a little disappointed bc I ordered the bigger one and it s pretty tiny but it works

I recently gave 1 star out of frustration but changed it to 4 because the problem is in the process of being rectified The artwork turned out really great and was delivered on time so at this point I m happy and hopeful

I would have given a five star review but unfortunately I waited longer than I expected for delivery However the item I bought was very nice and my wife loved it

This order was good but I am still

This order was good but I am still waiting on an order from a month ago Says it was delivered to Vermont and it was supposed to be delivered to Terre Haute Indiana Keep sending messages but not really getting any where about what they are doing to correct it

Customer Service is lacking

Updating to 4 Stars as my order has shipped and will arrive today Giving 3 Stars due to lack of communication concerning my order It was placed on 12 3 20 and I still do not have an order update I have emailed 3 times and gotten 1 response stating that the order is still in processing This was a gift that was ordered for our 10 year anniversary and now I ll be lucky to get it by Christmas There needs to be more than 1 way to contact the company as only current option is Email and that runs risk of emails getting filtered to Spam for no reason

Could use a quality update

Bought an ornament for a Christmas present for a daddy to be and while we were both happy with it I was was disappointed in the quality It does look of higher quality online where it s really just a thicker piece of paper glued to a cheap piece of plastic I feel even just glueing another piece of plastic to the back would make it better as that way the paper can t be scratched away That s why I gave 4 stars everything else was really good

I love my canvas to my husband

I love my canvas to my husband It is beautiful and it was easy to do and set up I have no complaints except for communication bc it was delivered on Christmas Eve but I didn t realize it bc so much was going on and never received an email until yesterday that it was shipped then one saying it was delivered Again the product is delightful and I will order from here again thank you

Got my canvas a little later than

Got my canvas a little later than expected thought I ordered in enough time to get it here when I needed it but it came out so beautiful I only wish I would have chose the bigger one to fit my wall better I feel like this one is too small Over all very pleased and world use them again

I like the product you sent

I like the product you sent but I would have like to been able to choose the zoom distance You can barely see enough around to recognize the area Or at least seen the final product before completing Great work overall though Very pleased

The poster turned out great My wife was very pleased with it The only negative is the delayed delivery through DHL If it s possible for you to have a more reliable and faster shipper it would greatly improve customer experience I understand this is beyond your control also Thank You for the very fast email responses Jason
