Login doesnt work password cannot reset cannot cancel

My login doesn t work So i cannot cancel the subscription My passwrod reset email doesnt come ever When i sent them message via wesbite support form i got an automatic confirmation of email reply instantly means their email is working they just dont want to send the password reset emails so people cannot request cancellation of subscription and scam people out of funds I have deleted the payment from paypal lets see if they can scam me even after that Got reply that i changed my email then why does the password reset page says email sent successfully It should say email is incorrect yet again proves my point that they will try to keep you out of the login to keep billing you

I would advise not to use this company

I would advise not to use this company as the fax service does not work I chatted several times with them They said I did everything right and could not figure out why it wouldn t work I ended up going to a mailing service to send my fax

OMG this company is a nightmare

OMG this company is a nightmare They dont want refund the 17 99 for a month charge where i tried to use and test the free service since I am trying their service first but the while checking out for membership sign up it kicks off in the premium and in seconds my debit card has been deducted the amount without me using the service yet i asked for refund but they said no refund at all how can you pay something without using the service yet DO NOT USE this sign up for MyFaxcentral instead of this BOGUS company Again do not sign up for FAXPLUS

They Dont Scam i LOATHE them for what they do to you

To better explain numbers purchased from FAX PLUS are not portable as per our terms of service Hence you won t be able to port out your custom fax number Their service levels are free then basic 8 99 of Aug 2023 then if you ever wanted a custom number you pay 20 minimum Then they show you the above terms of service Go figure why they are based out of Switzerland and not the USA To even bother getting port-in the minimum level is Premium 18 mo and you still have nothing ported No guarantees

Started this service today first time using it It took forever for the fax to send It took over 5 mins I kept refreshing but it never sent I reached out to the support and they had some lame excuse for it taking so long I have the high speed fiber internet and nothing takes over 5 mins so I canceled the fax and canceled the service and they DO NOT give refunds so DO NOT waste your 17 99 on this service

Take the reviews seriously this is an awful company that has unethical business practices I have experienced their deceiving ways personally and wish I had never stumbled on them years ago Essentially I just realized that my small business has been charged monthly by them for many months even though I am positive it was cancelled I just signed up to receive a single fax Furthermore they even increased their monthly rates and never sent an email or notification of this to me which would have alerted me to the fact that they were taking my money I searched my inbox and found no emails from them even stating that I had signed up for a plan I ve contacted them and they re refusing to refund me Just a terrible company

Take the bad reviews seriously

My experience is that Fax Plus failed to inform me of charges prevents users from removing their credit card information from its site and failed to notfify me that I am being charged without limit even though I only used the service once This constitutes exploitation of consumers My experience convinces me to avoid FAX Plus

Do not recommend

I tried three times to send a 7-page fax The company says that it takes 1 minute to send each page Nope I ended up spending an hour and a half waiting for the faxes to go through and all ended up failing Three partial faxes only and the last try took 50 minutes Contacted customer service and they blamed noise on both ends I do not recommend this product

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company I sent some faxes with them to IRS and no one reached the destination even that they said the fax was sent I lost precious time till i find out that this platform is not working I did not received any refund from them

I sent a fax through this company to the IRS After not hearing from the IRS I contacted them to ask for a status update The IRS stated they did not receive it Obviously this demonstrated that I could not trust this company I contacted them and provided the email from the IRS stating that they did not receive the fax They refused to issue a refund forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card company This wasn t me just emailing and complaining I provided them with the evidence from the IRS and they did not acknowledge any responsibility This is not a company that can be trusted
