Not receive my Fax

Please help me how to receive the fax I sent the date on Sun Feb 19 - 23 33 and it was supposed to reach me within 5 days

Great features gets pricey fast and won t port

Great features but BEWARE IF YOU BUY A FAX NUMBER FROM FAX PLUS THEY WILL NOT PORT IT IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE PROVIDERS The service got really pricey after using more than the allotted 400 pates but after several months of trying and six attempts all I have gotten is a repeated It s in the Terms of Service Sorry even though I know that Inteliquent a telecom giant owns the number and would port it almost instantly if Fax Plus would just give me the PIN number for my own FAX number

Be Aware with Their Automatic Charges

My rating is based on my experience with their billing system - not the Fax service which is good OK I ve subscribed to their service for one year At the end of the term they ve charged me automatically for one additional year 89 99 without any warnings Contacted them immediately and asked to cancel my subscription used their service only twice in my first year They ve denied the request so I told them I will go through my credit card company to and dispute the charge Be aware Update they ve decided to make me a favor and canceled the automatic charge so I m upping my rating to two stars Fax service-wise they are OK
