Great product and customer service

We ordered oak fire surround in February 2024 to replace our existing surround that was 25 years old We had concerns the new surround would fit but the company explained the measurements needed to ensure a perfect fit They were correct Their customer services also helped with queries about fitted downlights and waxing to look after the oak Overall great service Highly recommend

Every thing about my experience was excellent from ordering to final delivery Tilly was exceptionally helpful with my order The delivery was carefully done and the carriers did not leave until we checked that all was well with the mantelpiece and fire Only when I confirmed that I was 100 happy was I charged If only all companies could give such great service

Absolutely blown away

Absolutely blown away with our new fireplace surround We chose our measurments and style and submitted our request A few days later I contacted Tilly who was most helpfilul when finalizing the measurments suggesting a couple of changes to suit our needs The delivery was spot on and the driver was helpful and courteous The suuround came in three parts and easy to assemble All fixings supplied and fitted like a glove We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend Oak Fire Surrounds UK

Excellent mantle shelf even the joiner who fitted it wanted to know where we had bought it from as he said it was really good quality and finished really well

A fantastic service and quality products Our hearth was measured precisely to our specifications and the fire surround fitted perfectly too An excellent friendly and supportive team regarding our particular fireplace It was never too much trouble to ask questions and having free samples was a massive help in deciding what we wanted I would highly recommend using this company

Great fire surround They were able to adjust the dimensions for a perfect fit Also I like the mounting that allows you to remove in the future for decorating Can t wait for colder nights to light the fire

Fireplace mantle

The mantle I ordered looks lovely I haven t had it fitted yet but I m sure once it s fitted it will look amazing

Very good communication The product was delivered within the stipulated time frame and the workmanship of the product was of the highest quality and it looks absolutely beautiful The driver who made the delivery was awesome I have never known such a strong man He carefully carried in all the heavy pieces of the fire by himself Altogether a smooth and happy experience Keep up the good work Iam extremely happy with my purchase

Fantastic mirror

I had ordered a fire surround recently from this company and loved it so much I decided on a matching mirror There was a mirror in the same range but not with a wavy edge I contacted them and they were amazing and said they can make that for me The mirror arrived today with all the fixtures and it was absolutely stunning matching the fireplace perfectly It s not often you come across a company with such great customer service Totally recommend
