Hi looks good so far but I am waiting for my builder to fit it so I will tell you later what I think but I am sure it will be fine

Was overall pleased with the product if a little expensive but was disappointed how it was delivered to us not wrapped or covered and had marks on it which we had to remove

Excellent product competitively priced and brilliant customer service However I can t give the full 5 star rating as the service from the installer was a different story All communication was initiated by me as voicemail messages were not replied to indicating a general lack of interest in doing the job had to travel 30 miles to get to us Then covid kicked in once services started to open up again I had to chase for updates again The actual installation technician was really good and the price was very good too good as it turned out as I had to make good the plasterwork and electrical spur connection that I wanted which I wasn t expecting The fireplace looks great though

Mick and Pete were friendly to deal with are expert s in their field and very helpful Very good personal service The marble surround was professionally fitted and looks great No complaints only thanks

Lovely quality fireplace surround and delivered on time Little disappointed that the electric fire makes a low humming noise that I cannot get rid of Overall just what I wanted

The marble fire surround is stunning the fireplace gives off a fair amount of heat but the magnetic front is coming off a bitUpdate customer service has been fantastic delivery was on time would definitely use this company again

Very friendly staff and an informative well presented and accurate web site Very fast turnaround and delivery of a custom size Chester - Rustic Oak Beam Fireplace Quality of timber was great and very uniform Timber was well shaped dimensionally perfect to the mm and showing quality workmanship I would have given five stars BUT product was let down by 1 The rubbish quality soft steel screws which were also not suitable for the countersunk holes in the fittings 2 The Oak had been oiled single coat but this had been patchily absorbed into the wood leaving a very uneven surface finish So having replaced the screws with high quality ones for the cost of a few pence and applied a few extra coats of oil we have a beautiful perfectly fitting fire surround Its these little details that turn a good product into a great one All it takes is just a tiny bit of extra effort and care Maybe I m old fashioned in this opinion but I just hate to see craftsmen great suppliers with great products spoiling it for the sake of a few pennies of cost

Great looking fireplace which matches my Oak Furnitureland furniture Not 5star because it came with a touch sensitive switch not rocker switch for the downlights and no cutout in the hearth for electric fire Fortunately neither is a problem

The fireplace and fire was of good quality and looks lovely now installed The instructions for fitting were not clear and need more photos diagrams or an instructional video would be useful Communication with the company was satisfactory but unfortunately the extra instructions sent did not help us move forwards We were disappointed that we could not fit the fireplace ourselves and in the end paid someone to come in to help Very satisfied with the outcome now fitted but this took us some time to complete

Great products reasonably priced and fantastic customer service However I was surprised that the shelf was slightly marked when I received it as if it has got damaged in transit I would have expected something like this to be carefully wrapped but it was just handed to me as a piece of wood on the doorstep Thankfully a bit of wax and the marks all came out but wasn t expecting to have to do this given it was already waxed
