We had a great experience buying our first home with Felicity J Lord Our agent Raj very helpful and patient to guide us through this long and complicated process and the communication was always prompt and easy Our solicitors weren t very communicative so it was great to have Raj on our side to explain these steps for us and help us calm down I recommend them highly to homebuyers especially to first timers

The service was better than most interactions I had with other agencies recently and to a large part because if the agent I worked with The agent was supper friendly and helpful listened to exactly what I was looking for and made an effort to try to only show me these and did not try to force a property on me and pressure me to sign within seconds of seeing the flat He would also would check in and update on any of the request I had Over all was very pleased with the service and would recommend and my agent Ilya and Felicity for anyone thinking of finding the right place
