Very very bad
I had to chase my order I was told it was damaged The courier company stated they had no record of my delivery I had to chase again where it was and when it was arriving

as already said delivery didnt happen had to be reshipped when goods arrived they were almost out if date When I complained I was given a tefund but told never order from us again we do not want your custom hardly good customer service

I missed my delivery form APC On my second attempt I left a note asking to leave the parcel by the back door I was met with a note that says can t leave Now that I have not been able to revive the parcel twice I am unable to reschedule a delivery and have to go to the depot which is an hour s drive away This isn t a reflection of float but the inflexibly of the courrier You can t leave delivery instructions online or at your door and the message saying when the parcel will be delivered comes too late to change anything

I had a message from streetwise couriers and I was told I could change the delivery day if I was not going to be around so I changed the delivery date from last week Monday to Wednesday since I was home But I didn t receive the order I called and I was told it was going to be delivered the next day but it was not delivered I have them every day since Last Wednesday 6th of December And when I called this morning my order has been sent back to seller When I contacted them it is taken forever for them to respond There is no call number

Absolutely useless
I can never get my deliveries on time and when I ask for the date to be changed they still try to deliver when I m out Don t ask them to leave in a safe place either because they won t do that I m still waiting over a week later for someone to call me back about a missing delivery I ve now cancelled my regular order and will not be using again
