I had a message to say the order had been despatched I couldnt wait in on the delivery day so re-scheduled for next it never came the depot claimed they had never had the parcel I got a message saying the order has been re-shipped for today It came but when I opened it instead of one box there were 2 boxes of biscuits lovely if meant as an apology but they go out of date in 18 days so not much use to me

Asked for the delivery to be rearranged as I wasn t going to be at home They tried to deliver item when I was at work then when I called them to ask why it hadn t been delivered on the day I asked for I was told that it was still in their racking in the warehouse 4 phone calls and 3 redeliveries later and I finally received the item

When the delivery did not arrive after 3 days it was very difficult to find out who was actually responsible for the schedule At no time was an actual Email sent from the company This is my second review

Thank you four delivering my milk
Thank you four delivering my milk but six large bottles are too many for one week My wife and I are the only people in our flat at 34 South Row SE3 0RY I have had to put four of them in the freezer because the six are likely to last at least six weeks Would it be possible for you to deliver one per week starting Monday May 17th Thank you David Warren

I m happy with the product and delivery but I am less happy with the website and the ease of cancelling a subscription It is not a very easy website to navigate

although the delivery was excellent unfortunately in the hot weather the milk went off although it was not in the fridge it was on a cold floor in a cool room its to be expected in that heat and will order again soon

Frustrating
This time I took my iPad to bed with me and set my alarm for 7 00 to check if there was any delivery information I had an email about 7 20am saying it would be delivered between 8 00 10 00am but received no updates as to how far away it was I had to go to the bathroom to put eye drops in and I had a text saying it had been delivered I was literally 2 minutes Went straight to the door and it had been delivered to a neighbour but no sign of the van I had to wait until I could get hold of a willing able bodied man to carry it in for me the next day
