Excellent service order turned up on time unfortunately missing the underlay however a quick phone call and problem was sorted delivered next day Not an issue as the wood had only been indoors 24 hours Very helpful staff

Competitive prices and a good customer service I had an issue with the non delivery of one of the items on my order but Scott swiftly resolved this and it was delivered a few days later

The company its self is very easy to

The company its self is very easy to deal with as in ordering and delivery times met etc Also cheapest price on leading brand names big discount Only thing wrong is the kerbside delivery I think its impersonable and they have the trolley things to actually get most stuff nearer to your door I understand if its not possible for any reason But ive had enough kerbside deliveries from other companies and the guys have always gone above and beyond and brought to where I ask Whether theyre supposed to or not but I dont think they would lose their job to help a customer Im 60 odd year old lady by the way Anyway gripe is delivery man from flooringking wouldnt budge on dumping flooring on pavement drove off and left the pallet it came on as well
