Ordered plywood but no longer needed Called the day after delivery to get the 8 sheets returned and was advised I m unable to return the items Advised it s in terms and conditions this particular item can t be returned The gentleman on the phone however was very polite and calls answered very quickly edit 14 9 23 - having received a call to rectify the issue today a new review has been left Again very professional customer service is obviously very important to them Thank you

delivery was difficult with a pallet
delivery was difficult with a pallet being delivered and left outside The last time we booked with you it was with boxes being delivered which were easy to carry in but leaving the pallet outside made life very tricky and hard to get rid of i didn t ask for a pallet and the issues of getting rid of it was an unexpected problem On the other hand customer service - from Karl - was amazing clear and helpful Even when the answer wasn t what i wanted Perfect customer service

The quickness of replies to emails Delivery was exactly when stated and the prices were very competitive Good quality product The only downside is that some of the products have no returns for any excess purchased and they can be returned they have to be sent back so it might be more convenient to source a local supplier so any excess can be easily taken back

Easy to order but aftersale lets it down a bit
Ordering was great and simple Very good processor and a brilliant choice Once the order was made the company was let down by a lack of confirmation of the order and updated on delivery I had to message and ask for an update on delivery

Good product fits together well for a great finish feels good and quiet to walk on Delivery arrived the day before requested though which doesn t help when you have purposely taken holiday to receive the goods on the day you scheduled Also a shame that half of one box was damaged even though the packaging was fine Just enough undamaged product to finish the job though and very pleased with end result

Flooring pieces were larger than ordered
I ordered two pieces of flooring to fit around a larger piece I had ordered a few weeks ago However these two were bigger than the size I ordered and don t fit I had sent exact measurements I don t have the equipment or space to cut them down with the precision necessary so it has been a real headache to work out how to make it work

Would have give five stars but the delivery had to be refused for arriving too early To be fair they did reorganise delivery and it did arrived on the correct date

Well it started out quite badly The order did not arrive on the due date and I was lucky that the fitter and also the help to move the tiles were able to change there schedule So I could leave it there however quite often the quality of service in business is often seen when things go wrong and how they deal with the problems What I really appreciated was Kevin a real person at the end of the phone as opposed to the anonymous checklist and lack of a human that is frequently experienced these days I was able to get answers and make other plans and the goods came with updates from the company Glitches happen anywhere but if a company works hard to solve the problem then I am happy
