It is feeling bad for me because The delivery driver delivered the items we ordered to someone else s house but ignored us when we asked him and just asked us to go and get the goods ourselves

I warn everyone to think twice before purchasing from FloorKing I received a delivery of flooring from them - four packages had damaged boards one package was completely soaked I even sent them photos with geographical and time coordinates as proof showing the damage after removing the foil from the pallet and the courier s truck with visible registrations - everything shows that before the courier left I managed to document the damage My complaint was not accepted I will definitely not buy anything from them again and I do not recommend them to others This is not how you treat a customer who buys online

Item discontinued but allowed purchase

Purchased online and paid in full only to get an email a couple of days later stating that it was discontinued Surely on purchase stock levels should have been checked Money has left my credit card and the refund not yet received Disappointing

Nothing has been delivered and their phone is out of order so you tell me what star rating you would give this company I am concerned that I have paid for flooring that I am never going to receive and that I have been conned I have sent the company an email today and will change my review accordingly

I am very very dissapointed with their

I am very very dissapointed with their services I have clearly stated the shipping address They have posted it to the billing address which is 40mins drive from the shipping address I have called them straight away they said it isn t heavy so I can take it myself I would like to note it s a 2 20meters roll of lino floor Approximately 100kg I have told them to arrange a courier to take it to the correct address but they never bothered to contact me back Stay away Buy your flooring from somewhere else

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of LVT flooring now to return the product I am being charged an extortionate fee Absolutely disgusting how they can charge these prices

Late delivery with no notification or

Late delivery with no notification or response when queried as to when items woul arrive Held up project and ended up costing more in downtime than any savings made Not impressed Items ordered on 19th 10 days doesnt seem unreasonable for delivery If 29th was an indication then least I would expect is an update It would worry me if a company took a stance of deliveries being out of their control Currently waiting on a response as to where items are but not holding breath if the company I ve paid my money to cant control when items are sent out

Not a great delivery experience

The underlay and flooring arrived separately not a huge issue in itself save for the fact that the underlay arrived with a driver in an 18 tonne truck that could not access within a mile of our house I had to arrange to meet the driver in an adjacent village drive to the pre-agreed point and load up the car while we both sat hazard lights flashing on the side of a main road The flooring arrived later on the same day on a pallet the packs are littered with some kind of gravel or grit and on almost every pack 9 of the 10 I d estimate the protective film is torn or split They re now carefully stacked and stored in the house awaiting installation later this week - I ll be keeping any scratched or damaged planks and requesting a refund

After placing my order and being told to expect delivery it didnt arrive I had to constantly chase for updates not a single proactive email was sent Turned out my order hadnt been place and then it magically arrived a week later with no notice it was dumped at the end of the my drive on a pallet in the pouring rain I had to then move 50sqM of flooring on my own becuase it was pouring with rain Not impressed
