Highly recommend flooring King I had a great experience with no hassle from ordering to delivery Floor not layed yet but looks nice

Great website and very easy to order Also the chat facility is helpful I had some delivery issues which was out of the hands of the company but Scott and Karl went over and above to sort it for me even out of office hours and nothing was too much trouble for which I am so grateful Great company to deal with very competitive prices too

Ordering was easy website easy to use the order was delivered on time The driver was familiar with the area difficulties he would encountered with access He kindly parked at the end of the road used a hand truck delivered the 24 packs of flooring to our forecourt The driver was very pleasant helpful I forgot to order glue the staff were helpful in advising how much I needed the order was delivered the next day 10 out of 10 for Flooring King I would definitely use them again recommend them

Great customer service from Karl at Flooring King I ordered my flooring fromAnother company but after payment they told me delivery would be changed to end of the month Due to us being on a tight schedule Karl really helped us out and got the order sent out straight away We really appreciate it Great products fantastic customer service

Easy to order and follow up Authorized staff is very helpful I was very happy with the detailed arrangement of the delivery place The product is perfect in terms of quality and packaging Delivery was on time Very satisfied with this company

The guys on the phone were extremely helpful and patient with me as I had to alter my order multiple times They responded quickly and also made sure my delivery was on the day I required Although there was a chance it wouldn t arrive in time the guys acted fast and did everything they could so that at would Looking forward to ordering more in the new year and beyond

We purchased quickstep alpha LVT to instal throughout downstairs This was very easy to instal and the communication was good from start to finish The only unfortunate thing was they were unable to fulfil the sample order due to challenges with the 3rd party company and I believe they have now taken this in house to avoid similar challenges in the future The price was super competitive and delivered in a timely manner from place of order The only feedback which is about the product and not this company was the 5 in 1 quickstep strips were not DIY friendly and I would not purchase this item again as it requires a lot of cutting down to achieve the desired finish i e end finishing strip which if not cut well can leave a poor finish I would much rather purchase the strip ready to instal especially for the price In fact I opted not to use one of the strips because of this
