Kept up to date from start to finish Haven t opened the boxes of laminate yet but were securely delivered on a pallet

Was slightly weary of the excellent price but decided to go for it booked a delivery slot and the floor arrived on the stated day day well wrapped the delivery guy very happy to wait while we checked the boxes and take the empty pallet back unable to fault anything from start to finish many thanks flooring king

The website is very informative and having queries something through the remote chat someone answered my query through email fairly quickly and it was answered in full I ordered in advance with a post Christmas delivery and on the day of delivery I had already received confirmation and a courtesy call from the driver Post delivery I noticed an issue with one of the boxes and FlooringKing have a very straightforward approach to reporting the issue and following a brief call a replacement box was arranged for next working day Absolutely 5 star service and would definitely recommend

Excellent service from Karl and the team at Flooring King There was an issue with a few packs of the Polyflor LVT I received I contacted them for customer support right away they were responsive and put great effort into arranging delivery of replacement packs for me My flooring got done in the end and I am really pleased Would gladly order from Flooring King again

The flooring we ordered looks great and is really good quality On top of this I originally ordered the wrong flooring and had to arrange a return The level of customer service I received from Anth was amazing he went above and beyond to follow up on the return to ensure it was arranged as quickly as possible and called emailed with regular updates without me needing to chase him I d definitely use flooring king again and would happily recommend to family and friends

Fantastic company Very patient sales advisors who are well informed and give first class advice The tiles were delivered within 2 days We have just laid our first order and we are delighted with the result Now in the process of ordering another 66 metres - I think that says it all
