Easy to track delivery

Easy to track delivery never had problems but id does take a few days more than it says it will overall for small things perfect

Bad web-site - OK customer service

I had a bad experience trying to understand the fruugo web-site and ended up not getting what I wanted Very frustrating Made a low rating on Trustpilot got contacted by customer service and after some e-mailing I got my payment refunded at least expecting to get it

Bit slow My first order was never recieved But costumer service was super helpfull and I got another send My way pretty quickly for free

Delivered as promised without unnecessary delay It would be best if one could pay for delivery in the mailbox at private address It is inconvenient to drive to a distribution location

Fine but varies with the store within

The products are obviously not sent directly from Fruugo but from various stores and the experience is therefore not necessarily the same every time But it usually is above okay

Everything went fine

Everything went fine I was just surprised to get to know afert I concluded my purchase that the product was coming from China It took a bit more time to be delivered that I expected but there was no additional fee

Annoyed That It Was Coming From China BUT

my experience was actually a really good one I was initially annoyed to find out that my product was being shipped from China and was expecting months and months of waiting for it to arrive if it ever did arrive However the enter transaction was smooth I was able to track my package and it only took about a week to arrive YAAAY On top of that I was very happy with the product - it was a little dryer for my craft work So all-in-all a very positive experience Thank you Fruugo
