I feel like something has changed I can t fast forward or rewind the live tv all the time now Can you explain to me exactly when I can and can t fast forward and rewindThank youSpecifically I used to be able to pause live tv and let several episodes play and then fast forward through the commercials Now it seems like as soon as a new show starts it goes to a format of no fast forward This is really not pleasant for me as I only want to watch tv if I can skip the commercials Fubo has been great up to now but this may make me cancel

I think they have the best sports

I think they have the best sports programming but their advertising is misleading No hidden fees until you get to checkout and there s 3 fees hidden from the initial price Their UI also hangs occasionally and the streams can be glitchy But as a sports fan is really the only option for the games I want

Don t bother texting or chatting call

I did a text message help request and explained my problem I got a generic email reply and I responded that they did not address my issue I got another longer generic reply with all these things I am supposed to do pass it back to customer instead of read and I replied again that they didn t read my original message and they were not addressing my issue so I called and got tech support who walked me through the issue Calling was worthwhile any other method to get help is not

Thank you for the information We wish we could have had the information before signing up There is no definition of on-the-go screen on your website We signed up with you because my husband could watch his sports up at our family vacation home Now we know that we can t watch it on the tv

I am not a big fan of the new UI

I am not a big fan of the new UI I understand you want to make the experience better and you are trying - but please don t try to be like everyone else - I liked your old UI because it WAS different and better The thing that stands out the most right now is with the listing of shows to be recorded - it lists every single episode of every show in a never ending list Your old UI grouped the episodes of the same shows in folders making it a much cleaner easier experience - please go back to that As an afterthought I decided to add a request to start carrying the History channel Currently I have to pay another streaming service for their content

Fubo TV needs to get more TV channels as they are missing out on all the Turner Networks they need to get them and not charge the consumers more money for them

The person I spoke with Jose did his best to help me with my situation Shame on this company for trying to scam people by offering a free seven day trial and then charging people 4 days into it I will no longer be subscribing to this company

I m not a fan for the new version

I m not a fan for the new version it makes it so difficult to go around with my Visio tv and since this updates I can t even watch FUBO on my Samsung tv it keep asking me to sign in I m not sure why I did call the technical support and did what they suggested and still having the same issue
