Fubo s customer service is terrible

Fubo s customer service refuses to handle my situation directly and it has cost me 500 Someone fraudulently made an account using a card from a stollen wallet of mind and they will not investigate the fraud I keep hearing that it is a prepaid service so nothing is refundable BUT I DID NOT OPEN THIS ACCOUNT At 90 a month I have now been charged for 6 months of Fubo and I don t even watch sports or whatever it is this streaming service is for If they could have handled my case responsibly I would have maybe been interested in this service for my husband but this is a warning steer clear away from Fubo or any business who uses customer service as a way to frustrate their customers to the point of giving up

Fubo Making Proxy Signups for Elderly Impossible

I tried just now to sign my elderly father-in-law in another state up for the free trial to see if he enjoys the streaming service The Fubo website made it impossible to sign up with anything other than my own email and told me it wouldn t accept his email as valid even though I use it to send emails to them I even used the out of state zip code as well so it would locate to my father-in-law s home So I wait for 25 minutes on hold using their customer service number and midway through our conversation the rep drops the call and doesn t call me back Shoddy service and primitive impossible setup for gift subscriptions

No Grace Given No Promised Calls

I forgot to cancel the trial subscription in time I was charged 360 for a three-month prepaid term I contacted them requesting a reduction in the fee - asking for them to grant me GRACE in this situation Not only did they refuse to help me they twice promised to call me and then did not One time I was told that the next available manager would call me I waited days for that call I contacted them again requesting a call Again I was promised a call They failed to follow through I am disappointed that this company would not try to work with me on this expensive error on my part I accept the responsibility I just hoped they d have a heart

One of the worse streaming apps out there STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY If you wanna spend 75 plus a month on an app that doesn t work really ever None stop buffering and if I get told Hannah tight finding your video one more time I swear to god It takes me bout average now 6 8 hours to watch a 4 hour football game cause none stop buffering and getting kicked There are better and cheaper options out there Don t fall for this scam

HORRIBLE experience and ZERO service

If you have ANY problems with Fubo - billing technical anything - you are screwed There is NO customer service whatsoever There s a bot and a phone number that hangs up on you No live help AT ALL Avoid this service at all costs

Awful company and customer service

Got a free trial while visiting US and tried to cancel before the trial had finished but obviously failed I live in UK so am unable to use the service even if I wanted to Have been charged up front for an annual subscription When I queried it their customer service was dismissive and completely lacking of any compassion All that they would do was cancel the subscription so that even if I wanted to use what I had pre-paid for even though not possible due to geographical location I don t have access anymore but obviously I don t get any money back Every response I received seemed to ignore what I had been saying and just showed that they really do not care about anything other than money

I recently became a subscriber to the app having upgraded to a paid subscription following a free trial Despite being advertised with a discount I was surprised to find an additional charge for a sports local channel included in the fine print a service I have no interest in Upon contacting customer service I was disappointed to learn that they are unable to reverse this extra charge This experience has been quite frustrating

SUSCRIBER BEWARE

If i could give a 0 star i would I had Fubo about 6 months ago before the price increase I decided to sign up for a trial to see if the show selection had improved Went through the process of signing up for the trial and before clicking continue it stated total due today 0 00 Look at my bank account and see I was immediately charged 117 97 Call customer service who said no refund She stated because i had a prior subscription a trial only applied once not stated anywhere not even the fine print I explained that I never received a receipt saying I d been charged I had the subscription for less than 24 hours because they still offered no new programs This is not a trustworthy business practice If you don t want to be scammed don t sign up

Be extremely careful when signing up for the free trial It is not advertised how long it last Only 3 days and then you get charged 74 a month even if you have t watched anything Customer service refused to refund the charge It is difficult to use and difficult to cancel subscription It also doesn t work when you travel outside of the US unlike Netflix etc where you can still watch on smart phone Do not get fubo
