I really liked chatting with Bruno He had excellent customer service I was hung up on twice earlier My bank submitted fraud Andy at extension 1131 was extremely rude My husband had to tell him to calm down Then when I called back I could hear them all talking about me Bruno made me decide to stay as a customer I think if I offered a suggestion or would be to have an easier way of signing into your own account to manage your own plan and to have people with a little more patience I was also charged for Spanish TV which Bruno was able to clear up and I did not order that It will take 7 to 10 days to be refunded but I am now a happy customer Thank you bruno
