The product is extremely high quality

The product is extremely high quality The item was very well wrapped The only down side was the lack of communication from both the company itself and the courier as to when the item would be delivered I had to chase the company to find out and wasn t updated and then one day it just turned up Luckily I happened to be at home

Whilst we recieved parts for two

Whilst we recieved parts for two different wardrobes the staff at FD were amazing and couldn t have been more apologetic or helpful in rectifying the situation We are super happy with the wardrobe we ordered and despite there being an issue because of their great customer service we will definitely buy from them again

Pleased overall

Bought 2 bedside cabinets with which we are v pleased They were slightly complicated to build even as an experienced flatpack constructor but good quality Would have liked an option to track progress of order but e mails were responded to quickly and everything progressed as stated Would just have liked easier way of tracking

Just taken delivery of our purchase so not checked contents however got to say that the guys who delivered it were absolutely first class Barry Ian Went out of their way to get the delivery into our house safely which was far from easy Extremely courteous and helpful throughout Will review again once packing opened up but until this point service has been excellent

Black Friday Savings

Recently purchased a Hamilton James Splendour 900 On saw locally at 1370 bought from furnituredirect net for 1142 Inc delivery in their Black Friday sale I have to admit I was a little bit dubious about the authenticity of the site but I took a chance and wasn t disappointed Website said 5 week delivery but I had it within 2 weeks Only criticism would be the lack of order status updates No communication for a few weeks but I then got a call a few days prior to delivery and given a time slot Fantastic mattress Very happy

Simple fantastic customer service saved 400 on top quality wardrobe compared my local furniture store who couldn t meet or understand the prices offered here which is a shame or greed for profit My rauch imperial was delivered professionally after 4 weeks and is now installed and top quality Great company and very helpful

Reasonable price and quality furniture

Visted the showroom to check what they had and found some pieces that I liked that would fit in nicely The prices and quality seemed to be reasonable so made an order for some cupboard units and drawers Came within 2-3 weeks and happy with the choice i made and help from the staff
