I signed up today but the bits app and

I signed up today but the bits app and product is very misleading I have tried to phone in multiple times and theirs is no one available I want to cancel immediately and I want a full refund

Ok but don t expect regular credit limit increases

I ve had the bits credit card since November monthly payments were changed to weekly which I don t find to much of a problem No credit limit increase yet which I would have expected atleast a small increase having the card and never missing a payment in 6 months

Overall experience is good

Overall experience is good but the choice of cash vouchers for major supermarkets have been limited like it used to have Tesco and Waitrose but now they are gone For my use case in particular that is the reason why I can t give 5 star rating

Great way to keep track of credit score incurrences and reliable rent reporting my score has definitely improved with the help of bits and I will be continuing to use bits and to recommend to my friends and family
