This app is so confusing people say you can use your credit limit in the App Store I go on and it tries to take the funds from my bank account even though I ve a credit limit available I m paying a monthly fee and haven t seen any improvement nor can I use my credit limit which I ve basically paid for anyway by having the app in use for months Before you reply telling me to send an email with my queries I have done on TWO occasions had no response yes I ve checked my spam folders nothing there either I d appreciate a response and to find out why I can t use my credit limit yet others can

I have not seen much difference in my score what so ever 1dt month raise alittle 2nd month went down 3rd and 4th month stayed the same so what exactly am I paying for I give it another month to see Cause nothing happening to want to keep me here

I have mixed feelings about Bits I paid it for about a year and it got my credit score up to excellent The second I stopped using it my credit score has gone down to borderline yellow red and I have paid all bills on time and never been in depth with anything So only change in my finance is that I stopped paying bits I don t understand - am I supposed to having to pay a monthly fee on Bits forever to keep a good credit score UPDATE Bits have been very helpful even asking me to send them my Experian statuary report for them to give me advice on what might be the reason that has pulled down my credit score again

it s a good app for it s purpose however I found out there are similar programs where the money you pay towards your credit card get saved and returned to the client at the end of the program if I knew it before I would have opted for another program

The app is a bit pointless as it doesn t tell me what it s doing to make my credit better It s nit personalised for the person using the app it s just a basic thing You need to show the person what they are doing wrong and right for their credit It s not point paying for the boost if the app doesn t show anything

I have just signed up and paid for the 4pm package then downloaded the app from the prompt But once signed in to the app it is asking me to choose and pay for a package and there is no option to bypass this step please help I chose this for less hassle not more

My original and unprompted review - Great product and quick response time to questions As I was impressed with the support I received in terms of clarifying information In retrospect an edit - It s best to do research and evaluate if you will get the best use out of this service in terms of the subscription fee relative to the frequency of proactively using the virtual card I thought that I would make the best of a bad situation of my unfair rent prices for a small flat 1100 by reporting the rent via bits with hopw that this would assist me with my credit score - spending has not changed lifestyle has not changed finances have remained pretty consistent - there has been no change to my score as a result of this app I was in a cycle of buying things through bits so that I could move things along Rent reporting did not work I out several times pointing out the obvious correct transactions but nothing came of this despite the thank you for reaching out and this has been rectified Eventually after doing this every month and scrolling through what seemed like a mystery search for my rent payment in the apps interface I stopped use of the app to the point of forgetting it was installed and was only reminded that it was something else I m paying for via direct debit every month If you are looking to observe changes be prepared to wait in excess of 10 months I still stand by my initial experience and review as the team was great but I feel this app has so much potential and a wider audience to reach before it can be a for one and for everyone kind of app 5 stars still for customer service but I d rate it a high 3 if knowing the outcome after nearly a year

I will edit my review as I ve had a notification of a refund BUT that doesn t mean I m 100 happy as I found it all very misleading I signed up via a credit reference tool and it advertised credit card however upon signing up it appears as though the credit card is an extra and what your signing up for for a credit limit to use in selected stores none of which I actually shop at online so this app is literally no good to me Which is why within an hour of signing up I have canceled
