Bad experience to start customer service excellent and the situation was rectified

I saw this app on the bottom of my credit report so went and downloadsd it applied got accepted paid etc Then I thought about it some more The initial impact on my credit score will be negative due to it being a credit account so it could then take a ling time to recover to my current score let alone show improvement It isn t guaranteed to improve so I can t justify paying even 6 month for it I emailed Bits asked them to cancel and refund Pleasantly surprised when a couple of hours later my bank notified me of upcoming refund Cannot fault Bits at all just wasn t for me

My card is always locked I read reviews beforehand warning of this issue but because of the vast majority of the reviews being positive I gave it a shot I wanted to get this unlocked emailed in and was told to wait 24 hours as I had made too many transactions At this point I only made 2 successful transactions The idea in essence is extremely helpful - but what really is the point when the card is always locked declining purchases even when it s within the limit Emails can take up to 48 hours for a response and trying to get in contact over the phone is hell-ish I kept being sent to an automated line telling me to email in then after clicking a different option just to speak to someone I was put on hold for a while and then just hung up on Edit I received a lovely call after leaving the review where Luis answered all of my questions and definitely changed my experience using the Bits credit card from truthfully quite negative to positive I m genuinely impressed by the level of attentiveness once you get through to someone and hopefully all goes well in the future Thank you Luis -

Customer service are always helpful with any questions about my account Very quick to respond to my emails and my issues are always resolved in a polite manner regardless of my query questions

The team was so quick to respond to my enquiry and could not have explained more thoroughly I could not be happier with this Highly recommend them

Really happy with the service from bits Always timely and the customer service is spot on I had one slight issue where a voucher had taken a little longer to get to me I contacted them about this and they got back to me within the hour and had the whole situation sorted Amazing service and lovely people

I was sceptical as I had been promised X card or Y credit limit or loan then when it came to it it was just brokers selling my information all over the world But this is the real deal don t expect huge credit limits or no monthly fee but if you can afford 6 a month go for it The staff are amazing so helpful even when I was asking stupid questions The card is real and it comes use it wisely improve your credit score

Simple to use and quick response Compared to other Credit builder apps this one even allows the use of the SHOP which gave me access to Some AMAZON vouchers but only having to pay 70 up front but allowing me the chance to pay the rest off the following month giving me some responsible lending all the while building my credit history in the process

I needed to cancel as I had signed up accidentally I was responded to really quickly and refunded The people running this company are real empathetic humans and I will definitely sign up in the future
