Credit card is next to pointless same as their phone line

Credit card approved received quickly activated in app but EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION DECLINES There phone lines are non-existent pointless to have as every single option directs you to email no way to get through their automated system to speak to someone Absolutely useless at replying to emails as well Whats the point of the card that declines every single transaction no matter the value with no reason what is the point of a phone line that isn t answered Awful awful company who like to charge old cards that shouldn t be on their systems anymore either

Was good not now

Started of good then problems with my account and store Are vouchers Not answering phone and not replying to emails I can t eat as have no money and this Asda voucher was miss sold and Asda won t honour it Please reply to me on here asap as this is now beyond a joke

Great idea although it s not doing much for my credit score nor do I see it on my report but I can tell it s working slightly for me

Nothing showing on credit report as yet have tried this before and my subscriptions were refunded as after 2months nothing showed on my report Second time lucky

Great idea

Great idea cant help but feel it would be more valuable if it reported to all credit referencing agences not just experian easy to set up easy to cancel subscription

Not what I expected

Not what I expected doesn t make much difference to credit file gone up slightly The money I pay monthly could be used for something else please cancel my fee thank you mr peel

Constant issues with payment not being

Constant issues with payment not being taken automatically do had to constantly do a manual payment Concept is good service questionable as like to blame the bank for everything

It is a good app so far

It is a good app so far although I am paying 20 a month and I haven t noticed a huge difference in my credit score since using even though I have done everything I can to help to improve my score

Cancelling May well crush score

Hi bits staff are excellent and easy to cancel but be WARNED cancelling meant for me my score dropped 150 plus points mors than I had gained by 6 to 8 months subscription if I had known that would not have subscribed or if subscribed downgraded not easy to downgrade have to email and hope they put through rather than via ap as can upgrade by Ap So I imagine have to commit to 2 years of subs to benefit by which time shoukd be eligible for equivalent normal card to take over from bits with same credit limits I had 750 with them when cancelled limit went down by this amount so gains and more lost My sub was 20 app is simple does what it says
