i was given this number by camhs to text when i am struggling and i texted it tonight it really helped me i spoke to a really nice lady who replied very quickly and helped distract me from the bad thoughts until i had calmed down and was able to cope a bit better thank you

i was having a really down day so i decided to get in touch for some advice took a little while to get connected to someone but i have to say he was so nice so helpful i liked that it was a conversation which didnt have to be formal and i could just confide in him and let out everything i ve been thinking for the past few months bless him he spoke to me till like 4am poor guy haha whoever s reading this i hope you re okay during this weird time and you re not alone

Gave me hope on a dark night
Genuinely amazed to see negative reviews of a free service the fact that someone gave their time to listen to me validate me and provide me resources in a time of need gives me hope that the world is not full of bad people I find it hard to talk in the phone so this was a welcome lifeline Thank you

I ve used this service a few times over the past couple of months and usually had a good experience with them I did have one experience that took a couple hours for me to get through and I felt the volunteer rushed me off kinda but my most recent one was amazing the volunteer I had went above and beyond to make me feel heard and they saved me from doing something I would have regretted I appreciate their support so much
