JUST DO IT

I cannot find ANY faults with Careline365 - I ordered the product on the Friday at 5pm via their website and it arrived 9am the next morning I installed it on the Saturday with absolute ease the instructions were clear and precise and the system is very easy to install I activated the pendant and the operator guided me through the process even checking the range at the bottom of the garden - Little did we know that 5 days later the pendant was activated for real as the user was having a Stroke and in the confusion knew he could call for help by simply pressing a button The Operator stayed on the call until we arrived and this has all been documented in their in-house systems for reference This is without doubt a life-saving product and we couldn t recommend it and them highly enough It gives us immense piece of mind

Having found that my mother s existing care line would not work with the new digital phone line I was pointed towards careline365 I was left an answer phone message by a very pleasant sounding gentleman called Harry On returning the call he was unavailable but another gentleman talked me through the system they could provide I ordered it at 5 30 pm it arrived next day post So far very impressed with the service offered Friendly helpful and not at all pushy
