A good conveyancing team

I have used conveyancing team Kathryn Kellie for a number of sales purchases over last few years I have always found them very professional responsive I m deducting 1 star on this occasion as I had a number of emails that were not responded to-I m told they were not received Overall a great team

GBL - Would certainly use again

Kellie and Kathryn handle my property transaction really well and professionally even after my first buyer pulled out at the last minute Not happy that I had to pay for the privilege but Would certainly use again

We recently sold and bought our new house through Claire Truscott really positive experience claire replied to emails almost instantly the whole way Kept us updated and we didnt need to ask for an update as she kept on top of things Overall a positive experience to get us through one of the most stressful times especially so close to Christmas

This was an emotional sale for me as I was doing it as Executor for my Mum who died recently Our Estate Agents were Purple Bricks so they allocated GBL but I found Mehreen Ali very helpful she responded quickly to emails explained some procedures to me that I didn t know about and always returned my phone calls when I left messages I would definitely use this firm again

Just sold a property and bought another with kathrine palmer from Gordon brown firm in what I thought was record breaking time scale Once s the paper work was filled she took care of every last detail and give me a stress free process Nothing was a problem for her always kept me updated and always got back to me with any questions I had I would never use another solicitor from now on she is in a different league to them all I strongly recommend her to everyone
