I recently sold my late father s house using Gordon Brown Law company based at the team valley Gateshead Their friendly staff especially Kellie Longstaff was very professional and kind and helpful They were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions queries I had I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again

Ross dealt with my house sale from the very beginning up until completion I can t speak highly enough of his and Gordon Brown Law s expertise and professionalism I ve never sold a house before and there can be slightly stressful times in the process in my position Any query or guidance I needed was swiftly dealt with by Ross or one of his fine colleagues Their working partnership with Pattinsons Estate Agents I can only describe as seamless On buying or selling a house in the future I would have absolutely no hesitation to contact Ross and his colleagues as my first choice Very highly recommended Amazing work from an amazing team

Sarah McGuigan at Gordon Brown was an absolute star She picked up a possible Nightmare before Christmas situation when a sales progressor from an agency closed our conveyancing file in error a few days before completion She reopened the file and kept us in the loop by phone and email more than once a day getting all the necessary documents sent out signed retrieved etc and ready for transfer Amazing calm and professional and a lovely lady to deal with I would recommend Gordon Brown Conveyancing 100

Outstanding The house buying Quick easy and professional Really pleased with the outstanding service The house sale This was more complex for us My dad became mentally unwell during the very long process but Casey has been amazing We can t thank her enough She has been patient and helpful to both myself and my dad Thank you
