The teachers we found were great

I originally left a 1 star review The value of the teaching to my son has been huge The technology used to manage the process of payment credits the comms and responses have been frustrating and I felt that my problems were being ignored But to their credit when they responded the fixed the problem I had were extremely apologetic and where kind enough to compensate me for the impact For this reason I would now definitely recommend the service even if the comms can be frustrating Ultimately the teachers provided were brilliant so all else pales into insignificance It would have been 5 stars without the comms challenges

My daughter s confidence in her chosen subject and risen and there is an improvement in her assessment and approach to work The only challenge I ve had with go student is making the monthly payments It s gone well this month for the first time since I joined some months ago and I hope it stays that way

UPDATE GoStudent have been great am happy to upgrade review Full refund received my Son is in yr11 about to finish his GCSEs and we will consider renewing membership if he decides he needs support with A Levels As before booked 10 sessions on a once only payment agreement NOT a subscription Payment has been taken for a second Month I have NOT authorised this and will not agree to it I do not wish to pay a monthly subscription DON T GET COUGHT OUT

My son s success story

Hi my son had tutoring for his GCSEs English Literature and Language His Tutor was Edward Ferrie From the start my son and Edward got on really well Edward s encouraging and friendly attitude made my son work hard and achieve grade 5 Now I was contacted by his secondary school that he missed only 1 point to achievieng grade 6 and they want to look into his work again yo find that missing mark My son is not a type for English subject he s more into maths ICT and computer science Additionally my first language is not English and my son is bilingual He was at risk of failing his GCSEs as he achieved grade 3 at the mocks Thanks to Edward he managed nit only pass English literature but to pass it much above the expectations I can really recommend Edward Ferrie the best tutor ever

Osama is incredible - attentive educated knowledgeable he is 5 starThe platform is shonky - my son can t get access so I have to arrange the lessons I had to buy 24 lessons upfront to be able to get a greater intensity in one month But overall a good group although they only pay their tutors a tiny part of the lesson charge 13 out of 33
