1 3 my pen collection was ordered from them I have a pretty good experience with their customer services inlcuding helpful infos friendly staff - there was the time I was in London and ordered from them somehow I didn t receive my tax import document which normally tell you to go pay for the import tax to get the package - so I actually got an email from them telling me about that and also the instruction on what should I do - which is super nice And overall they are one of few biggest retailers for pens and the prices are good actually and you can even request to changing the nib size if you want the different nib size

Awful and passive aggressive

They absolutely do not stand by what they sell I received a pen with a manufacturing defect that made it unusable They essentially shrugged and then stopped responding to my email

Goulet Pen s terrible customer service

I don t usually write reviews but Goulet Pens is terrible about customer returns I have spent a bunch of money with them recently and wanted to return a Lamy Safari pen that had nib flow defects skips and hard starts I have used fountain pens for 25 years including other Lamys so it s not like I m some newbie They gave me a bunch of crap about it made me email them several times and prove that the pen is defective but even with that they called the defects minor And they still haven t taken the pen back I won t ever buy from them again Nope definitely not
