All round great company The equipment I have received from them is extremely good quality The interaction on Instagram posts is really good and the detail they share through Insta or on their App is really good

Excellent customer service

There was a mistake with UPS asking me for 78 in duties but when I contacted Gravity Vicky replied 1st thing the next morning to let me know a 2nd order was being dispatched When the 2nd order arrived it had one if the original parcels so I received 6 sandbags instead of 4 Vicky just contacted me to let me know that I could keep them and donate to a local youth centre I haven t used the sandbags yet but I ve just opened them and they feel really sturdy Thanks Vicky Great customer service 10 10

XL Parallets

I bought XL parallets They arrived in order and quickly within a few days No problem Great portable bars lightweight but stable Easily adjustable height Good surface non-slip grip I recommend both the product and the shop

Quality kit

Recently took delivery of the Pull up Rack and extension kit with a pair of wooden gym rings and have to say overall I m very pleased with it It was very easy to assemble feels very solid in use and looks very tidy in the corner of our gym The only slight criticism is that the extension kit fastening screws mark the frame where they attach I ended up putting a piece of chopped up carpet tile between the screws and frame to protect it from further damage which works fine Not too worried as I will be leaving it in place Overall it s a Quality bit of kit
