Name Vincenzo mail The package arrived yesterday I love your product but I had a bad surpriseThe holes don t match The tubes don t fit naturally It takes more than an hour to assemble but never safely In fact it is not possible to insert the hooks Can I return it If I keep this product Can I make new holes with a drill Can I have a discount Maybe it would be better to buy it with amazon I look forward to your feedback and Best regards in advance

I didn t have long enough to use my loyalty discount code it expired a day or two before I was able to make the purchase It was my third purchase from you no loyalty reward Disappointed

Haven t received my correct order

Haven t received what I ordered after DPD lost it then sent out again only to receive a weight vest which I did not order but I ve been waiting on a Thor hammer

Please stop emailing me

Between ordering and receiving my items I had 4 e-mails asking me to review the company Difficult to do as I had still to receive the product Delivery was quoted as 2-3 days but my items took over a week I now get at least one email per day from the company despite numerous clickings of the stop emailing me button Will the emails ever end who can say No problem at all with the goods i ordered Please stop emailing me

Excellent products poor delivery return service

Excellent products however to expect a customer to pay for recorded mail when returning a purchase that is unusable is highly disappointing A Warrior Grip that costs 12 2 delivery return cost which customer services advise to be recorded 4 total cost 18 offered refund 12 therefore 6 out of pocket and wasted time Extremely poor service Response to Gravity You response explanation is accurate in terms of my mistake of order However the product is unusable as we are unable to use it for the purpose of working out hence my request to exchange from an impossible 250lb grip to 50lb Furthermore I was informed to make sure of recording my return The cheapest recorded method is as I have stated There is no doubt that your products are excellent however my review of customer services is clearly on point by your response

No aftersales assistance

No aftersales assistance I asked serveral times for support to buy a new bag even if it was a problem of the item for the pull up rack They answered the first time then nothing Too bad assistance is very important for the customer

Awful

Awful I would highly recommend you to stay away and don t waste your money on a company that does not deserve it There product quality is not up to standards prices they ask is way over priced they don t provide returns you have to do that at your own risk meaning you out of pocket The integrity of this business is a appalling I m really surprised they are still in business I don t think for long if this is the way they treat their customers A big NO for me and I hardly provide negative reviews

I haven t received my purchase yet Failed to deliver on the day arranged Failed to deliver the next day as promised And as I said still no show with no indication of if or when going to deliver My first world complaint is I was given a delivery slot which was not honoured I was then not given a slot I waited in all day again not honoured Finally today the courier went to the wrong address but fortunately the folks at that address redirected him to me Of course if they had not I would have been sent yet again an email saying they tried to deliver My suggestion change couriers Absolutely nothing to do with whether I went for free delivery or not

I have never had this much trouble with a delivery

I have never had this much trouble with a package delivery in my life My parcel keeps getting delayed or a missed delivery because i m at work and cant be in for it And the main reason I don t have my parcel yet is because Gravity Fitness who are the senders refuse to allow for a pickup point for me to collect from or a safe area where the driver can leave my package I rung the carriers dpd but they can t do anything because the senders GF have these ridiculous rules I have had no other issue with any other company that has sent items to me before I can t even review the item I ve paid a lot of money for because I still don t have it

After purchasing the 3 0 bars and

After purchasing the 3 0 bars and looking to testing them out unfortunately 2 bolts we re missing making the bars unstable and after following up 3 times I was sent smaller bolts which rattled and didn t fit flush only to be that s all they had
