Installation of log burner stove

Stove delivered and installed a day earlier than scheduled and just in time for Christmas The installation was moderately complex but performed expertly in one morning leaving no untidyness All was explained for operation - very helpful as we are new to log burning stoves Many thanks

Excellent service knowledgeable and personable staff and a great product From initial enquiry to installation my expectations were exceeded from this Family run- company Initially my enquiries were done by phone and then after establishing my needs I was emailed details and links to look at options I then requested a site visit This was carried out very thoroughly and lots of good information given to answer all my questions and help me make my choice I received an emailed quotation very promptly and then visited their showroom where I was shown the products and accessories that I was interested in and the chance to talk about the merits of each to help me with my final decision I chose a Charnwood stove as I liked the product and the manufacturer for quality looks after sales and the fact that the stoves are a British product made in the Isle of Wight I booked my installation date and paid my deposit The installation went very well and the team were professional conscientious and tidy I am SO pleased with my new log burner and looking forward to the enjoyment and benefits when the colder weather arrives

A very thorough job was done sweeping the chimney checking the wood burner and making minor repairs where necessary In addition everything was left very clean and tidy - probably more so than before
