I purchased an Arada 5 Hamlet stove what a big mistake
I purchased an Arada 5 Hamlet stove at the end of last year so at the beginning of this winter season it had only been used for a few times The rear fire brick cracked and the lower part of the door glass had started to craze so I contacted Arada at management level their Mr Butterworth to see if anything could be done for me within the terms of the guarantee but sadly not The guarantee is not worth the value of the paper that it is written on and absolutely no good will from this company It s a rubbish product made in the UK by a company who could not care less about customer satisfaction The performance of the stove is also rubbish hard to control and always allows smoke into the room when the door is opened to put on more logs You never know what a product is like until you buy it and use it and if I had known what a load of rubbish this stove actually is I would never of purchased it in the first place I gave a one star review because it is not possible to give a zero score

We purchased a Arada M Series 5
We purchased a Arada M Series 5 Widescreen Wood Burning Stove It looks nice and fits the space we have available However it is really difficult to light and keep lit The space is so small that standard logs barely fit The recommended way to light the fire is impossible because there is not enough room Unless fed constantly the fire goes out Opening the door usually mean that smoke fills the room and ash and logs fall out The door catch requires quite a lot of force to open and is a cheap replacement for a lever door handle A frustrating and poor choice

Arada hamlet s4 multi-fuel burner Avoid
Arada hamlet s4 multi-fuel burner absolute terrible stove had it installed 8 months and burns logs in a matter of 1hr or so even when turned down fully With smokeless coal 2hrs max The installer recommended it and its absolute rubbish Been checked when stove is upto temp and still does the same So i would nt recommend this stove at all its nothing to look at and not stylish The way its going might aswell of put gas on as probably paying just as much burning wood

I am in the process of removing my
I am in the process of removing my Ecoburn 5 and will remove the inset model also when I can afford to do so They give very little heat and are difficult to control The inset model gives practically no heat and the air box rusted and fell apart after a year Arada customer services do a good line in bull but aren t actually intertested in sorting out problems Avoid Arada because there are so many other good brands out there

I would love to give it a zero
I would love to give it a zero Terrible stove matches all other reviews they know the issues but wont resolve light use over 4 years unusable handle snapped off smoke fills room I am taking it further out of principle and i will watch them go bankrupt due to a lack of customer service Karma
