Excellent service when ordering Saltfire ST-4X

I ordered the Saltfire ST-4X on the 8th January 2024 asking for a delivery date of 16th It was easy to do online and I heard back by return email that my order had gone through perfectly The stove arrived well packed and with no damage and the lovely chap agreed to wheel it into my garage no problem I gave him a fiver because I read that they don t have to do that He waited while I checked it and off he went Thank you very much Stove Fitter s Warehouse for an excellent service

Quality paint finish

Found the vitreous stovepipe to be robust with good quality paint finish Impressed that the paint didn t bubble when disc cut to length unlike some inferior product lines

Why you should use Stove Fitter s

The design service is excellent as is the quality of the flues supplied Any problems have been solved very quickly One part had been manufactured wrongly I phoned on Monday morning and the replacement came on Tuesday morning This is the second time I have use Stove Fitter s and the third is just around the corner All the family want a wood burner

Don t normally leave a review but always read them so here is mine Having been messed around in the past with companies and there promises I researched Stove fitters warehouse via trust pilot and decided to give them a go The advice they gave was good I done my own research on the wood burner and they agreed this was a good choice for the money They said three days for delivery and three days it was Product was excellent and delivery spot on Due to hectic life I was texting them asking questions at 7pm not expecting a reply until the morning but reply they did same night Overall Excellent company Excellent service Excellent product Thank you for doing what you said you would and therefore complete stress free period of time
