Great looking fire Only just had it installed and first full burn in progress after 3 cure burns A lot of soot on the glass which is disappointing but probably expected

Purchased the Leo X Bio Stove Delivery was super quick A lovely looking stove which puts out a surprising amount of heat for a such a small stove excellent for the upcoming winter and increasing energy costs Had a minor issue caused by delivery company not StoveWorld s fault excellent and speedy customer focussed response to rectify the issue Cannot speak highly enough of Stove World

This was my first experience of the company and I did read the reviews carefully and watched the clip provided to understand how the stove worked Wanted an alternative to a wood burner for my dining room kitchen This burner is excellent looks just like my wood burner in my sitting room produces good heat and a realistic looking fire Ordering was easy and delivery as promised Would definitely recommend

Thank you for prompt delivery excellent service and good customer advice I bought my wood burning stove in June it has since been fitted hence not replying before customer service is one thing but the operation of the stove is another I had my previous one for 10 years and its never performed like this one Its so controllable shutting down for the night on wood was never an option it always went out not this one open up the draft and away it goes I m learning how to use it now but I don t have to feed it often and keeps in for the day I thoroughly recommend the stove Ottawa 12kw
