I bought a JBL Boombox It shuts down automatically
I bought a JBL Boombox from this company I don t use bluetooth I directly connect the JBL Boombox to the wall outlet at 120 Volts I connect the boombox to my PC to listen to music at night Unfortunately the Boombox shuts itself off after ten minutes I get up from my bed and turn it on again But it shuts itself down again I contacted Harman They told me to buy a new one Thoughtless arrogant people Why would I buy another Boombox at 400 one more time with the same problem The right thing for them to do will be to replace my boombox with a new one Don t buy the JBL Boombox You will be sorry for having spent 400 Try Sony I have a Sony It keeps on working for the past 4 years

Ordered a JBL Bar 1000 at 850 at the
Ordered a JBL Bar 1000 at 850 at the end of August from Harman International Was told by agent item was in stock However I discovered that the item was not in the UK but sent from the Netherlands A disconnect between Harman and undisclosed Courier meant that I was still awaiting delivery after two weeks Cancelled order before item reached me Ordered item from a Brtish Retailer and received it the next day so effectively paid twice in the circumstance Deeply disappointing is the fact that despite around 15 agent calls including this morning refund will not be processed until confirmation item has reached the Netherlands Depot And then refund will be 5-10 days thereafter I have known JBL for over 30 years and took this as a reliable brand to spend my cash however the company has let itself down by the handling of its couriers All this has left a bitter taste in my mouth I was offered 15 discount purchase and further assurances earlier today which I m unlikely to use But a disappointing lack of remorse to bring forward my refund after this experience is most lacking My advice is to think carefully before ordering as whilst the company is quick to receive payment it is slow in the refunding process In effect I am waiting for the arrival of the item to arrive in The Netherlands before cash release even though that is outside my control If I could score again it would be a zero out of five or ten It is therefore with some regret that I am sharing my experience in the public domain

Awful product worse customer care A catalogue of errors repeatedly had to contact their so called customer care Returned product fiendishly difficult no communication Still haven t refunded me despite multiple communications AVOID

Awful company
Awful company sent faulty item back which was covered by warranty Confirmed email stated they received item and sent new item out my faulty item and personal details ended up being sold on ebay Contacted Harman JBL to ask what the hell is going on just to repeatedly told not there fault some was has taken the item illegally I have proof that they received the faulty item back to there office Then just say oh its an internal matter we can t tell up any more Refused to get a manager to call me or give me and other way of contacting head office My home address EmailPhone number all sold with this item that got returned back to them Stay clear from this con pany NEVER will I buy from you again my personal details are more important to me and my family

Warranty isn t worth the paper it s written on
I notice that all the Harman sites have bad reviews well I brought a pair of JBL BT510 headphones for my daughter for Christmas and two months in of light use the volume down button is stuck and they wont power on As they were out of the Amazon 30day returns window I contacted Harman directly as they say they come with a 1 year warrenty At first I was impressed with the speed of the response from the first email I sent at mid day on Sunday after a few email exchanges on things to try they suggested that I contact who I brought them from Amazon when I explained that they had fallen outside of the returns window and I would like to send them back under the 1 warrenty complete silence thanks for wasting my time Radouen I ll not be recommending your products or purchasing from you again Thankfully Amazon have agreed to take them back for a full refund At least someone has customer service right

sh ty company especially the service My earphone broke for the second time and I sent it to the service center Then it turned out that they wanted a case for the headphones which I didn t buy from them anymore Of course the service center doesn t have such things in stock so they didn t do anything Tragedy I advise against JBL and the entire company that services their equipment

I ordered a speaker for my son for
I ordered a speaker for my son for Christmas on 9 December My money was debited from my account but nothing has turned up Harman say it s the couriers fault the courier says it s Harman s fault Harman will not refund my money or send a new speaker Really poor service and I feel bad for the Customer Service team left to deal with things like this when the company is underinvesting in training and don t even trust their employees to be able to make outgoing calls I would not buy from them again

Terrible Warranty and Customer Service
Like many others writing reviews I also have had a terrible experience with the warranty and don t recommend going for these products They say it has to be a manufacturing defect which is almost impossible to prove if the damage is physical There products aren t durable and the customer service team sound so sad and aren t bothered at all

JBL speakers
I bought JBL HDI-3800 speakers for 2750 00 each and the JBL 1200-p sub-woofer for 3300 00 Four months later on Jan 10th 2024 the price dropped 40 I contacted a JBL representative and told him that the sound was so bad Is this why you re dumping these three speakers The rep I talked to seemed to agree with me that the sound was very bad I had these JBLs for nine months and the sound is bad and harman com doesn t seem to care In my opinion you should think twice about buying Harman productcs

I bought a pair ofJBL HDI-3800 speakers these two speakers were costly and they sound terrible The last speakers I owned were JBL L 100 T s I believed in JBL and never thought they would manufacture JBL HDI-3800 I feel I ve taken Is there anyone out there who even owns these new speakers sorry
