Excellent Team and Sales Service

Peter HutchingsExcellent Service from my 1st Telephone enquiry to Driving my Car off the forecourt Really pleasant to talk to No pressure from Sales Team Arranged a time to view without having to put down a deposit On viewing the car it was pulled out for us and we were left to look at the car ourselves with no time limit or pressure All questions we asked were answered immediately We had a great Test Drive and on return wanted to buy the car and everything was really relaxed and fully explained Booked a pick up date and picked it up with Years MOT Serviced and fully Valeted and they even sorted out the DVLA Car Tax online for me there and then I cannot fault Haverhill Car Exchange at all and Definitely Recommend them to Anyone Love Driving my New Car Thank You Peter

First Class Highly Recommended

I began my search for a new car some six weeks ago Only having a relatively small budget of 3k I knew my options would be limited in terms of car brand mileage and condition I visited six different dealers across East Anglia in search of my next car and came across Haverhill Car xChange almost by accident While they didn t have the exact vehicle I wanted at the time they said they would look out for one for me True to their word ten days later they had two cars for me to look at I chose a Ford Focus that I am more than happy with What s more the car had been serviced before them buying it but they missed replacing the wipers which Haverhill Car xChange changed free of charge without me even asking Superb service and highly recommended

This is the third time we have

This is the third time we have purchased a car from Haverhill Car Exchange We wouldn t go anywhere else now They have a large stock of used cars We previously had a 54 plate Vauxhall Zafira and then changed to a newer one 5 years later 60 plate which we ve had about 6 years We never had any problems with either of them The staff are very helpful and answer any questions you ask Our latest car a Kuga is lovely very clean inside and out and had a service and we asked them to do the cambelt and water pump for piece of mind We never felt we were pressured into buying a car from them on any of the three occasions The car was ready and waiting for us to collect on time just a bit of paperwork to do Thank you to all the staff at Haverhill car xchange We will be back in a good few years for an upgrade
