Couldn t be happier Having decided that I didn t need 2 big cars I made the tough decision to sell my pride and joy and look for something smaller I tried everywhere and was left feeling doubtful as so many dealerships were pushy and unhelpful and I felt I could not trust some of the private sellers that I had met Fast forward to Saturday morning browsing auto trader and a car from Haverhill Car Xchange caught my eye Sadly I got there just too late as someone had purchased it But I had a look around the forecourt and was really impressed by how clean the other cars were not many with bumps and dings like you see at so many of these places Keaton was very helpful answered my questions on a few cars and left me to it Never once did I feel pressured to buy try or go above my budget In the end after much deliberation I purchased a Kia from them and I have to say - I love it Service from Keaton and John was faultless genuinely nice people who want to help and offer advice without being pushy As a young female car shopping on my own was always going to be stressful but these guys put me at ease and I m very happy with the service I received Wouldn t hesitate to recommend and use again in the future

The service from Haverill car xchange was excellent from the time we see the car until delivery The guys there were very friendly and helpful Josh the salesman was informative and told us everything we needed to know about the car and there was no pressure to buy We took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase it everything went very smoothly and my beautiful car was delivered to me by Gary at the beginning of March it was in immaculate condition with all its paperwork and a new MOT I would highly recommend Haverhill car xchange and would certainly use them again

Really helpful Managed to get there after a new car came in and before it was out on their website Was perfect for us and we were given plenty of space and time to look around Really helpful sorting the finance for us and great at answering any questions we had between 1st seeing the car and going to collect it Never felt like we were being pressured at any point either

After buying a car from here in 2019 I returned to buy again Relaxed and friendly with complete free rein on viewing cars and test driving No forceful sales tactics and everything professional dealt with Highly recommended

They where very helpful and clear in the whole process the car is second hand but looks great so the images on the AA sales site matched exactly with the car bought I dealt with Josh and also talked to Paul hope I got that right both where friendly and helpful The engineers I believe delivered the car I was told as I was not in at the time where polite and informative
